    I'm 21 years old and all it took was working at aldi (less than a year) for my body to start to break down. My wrists have been feeling super weak for 6 days and I haven't been able to work because of this. The hand and wrist stretch routine has helped me so much! Thank you for your help

    Hey, 31 year old car sales man here. Who has arthritis in my knees and hips from an operation bone graph as a kid, I thought this video was excellent and a great starting point for beginners I had so much energy this morning! Will make this part of my daily morning routine! Thanks!

    Thank you so much! This keeps me motivated! I have RA and i can still manage to do these through an active flare. The exercises are easy to follow and I do the morning, mid day, and evening stretches and I really feel a change. You’re amazing thanks!

    Have been following this routine for three months now and definitely noticed a big improvement with my arthritic knee. My thigh muscles are stronger so I can get up and down from a chair without straining my knee. Also the step exercise has made step climbing much easier. Love the stretches. Do them first thing every morning. Agree with other people who point out Jay's personable manner makes the exercises far more enjoyable. Thank you. I am 67 years old, never stuck at exercising in my life, yet I've been doing this for 3 months now. It's a miracle!😊👍

    Just found this channel. I've been struggling with stiff muscles and joints for a while. Really love these simple routines and even got my mum doing them. Only suggestion for videos would be to let people know what they need before you start, eg for this one, a chair and a step. I had to stop during the video to get what I needed.

    I find Jay a wonderful teacher. He takes you through all the exercises and explains them clearly. They’re very manageable too - just a commitment of fifteen minutes a day. I also like his lovely relaxed manner while at the same time he always stays completely focused. Have noticed a big difference since I started following these. 👍👍👍👍👍

    thank you! i am only 53, but arthritis and inflammation to knees slowing me down. i never thought getting out of a low couch or booth at a restaurant could ever be so difficult! but warming up in the morning really helps the day...i will never take my mobility for granted again and hope to one day get to a child's pose comfortably again!

    Hi Jay. I want to say Thank you for your great videos. I suffer from RA and OA in most joints and have put on a lot of weight due to too much food and not enough movement/ exercise over the last few years. Newly diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic has been the jolt needed to sort myself out and finding your videos has been such a help. I love your manner in the the way you explain and demonstrate each exercise. I’ve been doing this morning set every day for the last 5 weeks and will be adding the daytime one starting today as I am really feeling the benefit. Thank you again and keep up the good work. Sue

    Thank you so much! I don't have arthritis but I'm taking medication that really makes my joints hurt all over my body and makes it hard to even walk, sit and stand up comfortably. I feel better after doing it, and will continue to do them everyday ✨

    I've just come across this video on TH-cam. I'm 60 and have been having increasing spinal issues after a very fast paced house move a few years back - car accident over 30 years ago did not help my aging body. I'm doing what I can to prevent back surgery. Thank you so much for posting these, Jay, and I will be doing more of your videos to help me.

    I'm 17 and I'm having arthritis for 4months with no inflammation...... But one day I eat chicken the next inflammation happens in my joins.
