I bought them from aliexpress, they are made for use in bows and i think for rc planes, i put the link from seller in the description so you can check it
In this case fiberglass length is 36cm and siyah 26cm, usually i start with thicker fiberglass that i need, and then grind it with belt sander till i get draw weight and the tiller that i want
Man, this video is incredible!!! I have watched this vid and your other 44inch recurve video a half dozen times each. The videos are enjoyable af and your bows are fuggin badassed! I have a #50 Bear super mag 48" but i want something even smaller but just as powerful and i want to build one like yours but i wanted to know which one you think is more durable, the older 44 inch recurve or this new one? Also i was curious what is your draw length and how far do you think you could pull these bows safely? Based off my height I should probably have like a 27 and 1/2 inch pull but i like to pull 30 or 31 sometimes for the fun, just curious if you think these could handle that.
Hi bro, honestly i like this shape better than older one, but both are super durable, fiberglass is incredible material and can take a lot, it will handle 30+ inches easily, but it may stack a little on that high draw lengths, you can deal with that problem by putting more aggressive recurves. My draw length is about 27inches, but i have drawn this bow to 30 few times, it start to stack but not too much
@@Helmbowman thanks for the reply man. These bows are beautiful, prob gonna try to build one of each, I might not make them into takedowns though, I got to be honest I was scared when I saw you cut them in half because I don't know if I could get them to come back together straight. You are an excellent craftsman bro. These bows are amazing! Thanks again.
Hi brother, you have a lot of good ideas. Before you posted a video: "DIY Takedown Carbon Arrows". It's very good. But have you ever considered making your own carbon arrow shafts and using them to make your own carbon arrows? A few days ago, I watched a video on TH-cam titled: How to make carbon fiber composite tubes by roll wrapping technique at DJT CARBON This production method looks so simple. Do you think you can give it a try? If successful, we can conveniently and economically make carbon arrows of any diameter, spine, weight and length according to our needs.

I want one of your bows for persistent hunting! How would you make a bow with limited tools?
It can be done easily with hand tools, just would take more time, power tools make job faster, but they are not necessary

That is good idea, i watched lot of videos on that topic, it is simple indeed, i will experiment with that, thanks for idea!
Thank you.
Have you ever made a double limb bow?
No, but it is worth trying, i will try that
What's this bows arrow speed and what spline shaft and weight are the arrows at that speed what's the total string length and the brace height
Hi, i give away this bow to a friend, so i don’t know for sure, but arrows are 600grain in total, and spine 400
So cool 👍
Thanks bro! 🙏
