Prohibitive costs What a crock of sh!t Im a custodian of one the P.A.s later developed properties. I go out in the pouring rain with a shovel , mattock and wheel barrow to maintain the filling contors , as the water tells me what is needed to be done . That consultent on the take 💲
The government should have purchased the property and made it into a park. Hire a farmer to run it and setup a museum and offer tours and maybe even training.
The new development should have been focused on implementing the smarts presented in Yeomans' book, "The City Forest: The Keyline Plan for the Human Environment Revolution" That would have been good for the development project and at the same time, provide homage to P A Yeomans - and would have made the locals and Yeomans' fans happy.

"As soon as you've got the right attitude and the right feeling for land, it sort of tells you its secrets" Absolute legend.

The grubberment would have no interest in do that as the red tape , ohse and other cost would be prohibitive to making a profit .

I've visited Peter Clinch's farm, probably about 2 years after this report.
A Keyline system is permanent. No restoration should be needed.
Ten years later... What happened?

You have sold your father's heritage, and now you are whining about new owner doing what he want with it?
Grow up!
Sounds like it was sold while his father was still alive. Sold in 1964, died in the 80s
You should NOT comment on things you have no idea what diarrhoea you are dribbling .
