I got written up one time at my current job. The B asked me in a shitty tone “does your boss know you’re leaving early?” I had been there since 9am and it was damn near 10pm and I just turned to her and said, “Are you always this much of a bitch?” I signed the write up with, “she deserved it”. She retired shortly after, or the company forced her out, idk. But either way that was my one and only write up.
50 thousand dollars? That's chicken feed compared to all the harassment! 5 MILLION is the low end for this case that I would have settled for, and sued for at least 20, considering all the time and effort of laws being broken. Hell, 50 grand is probably only two or three weeks pay for the CEO and probably Witchboss as well. Sorry, YOUR lawyer was being absolutely INCOMPETENT!!!

I understand the lawyer and payout (although it does seem low), but it should have stopped with witchboss getting fired. To continue with all the harassment afterwards was over the top.
@@princessmarlena1359 I can see legs being lower on the list........no pun intended...........but most of the ladies I know of have a problem with strangers making comments about their chests and/or butts. It's funny because at a place I used to work me and a coworker would pick on each other for that. She picked on my chest (I'm a guy) and I picked on her butt. Mind you, we weren't be mean to each other so it certainly wouldn't have blown up like this video did, but that's how we were.
