The second story, something like that happened to my mom.She was an Art teacher in a Private school, which was kindergarten through Highschool. Everybody loved learning from her, and many ex students are still friends with her. There was a new principal, who's cousin was also one of the Kindergarten teachers. She fired my mom to give her position to her cousin. My mom was tired of teaching anyways so she really didn't fought it much. The problem for the new principal was that her cousin was an incompetent imbecile when it came to teaching Middle and High Schoolers, and all the students knew it. The Students had no problem showing and expressing how little they respected the new principal and her cousin.
Had a theater director who fired me for his no-talent diva of a girlfriend. She was horrible, wouldn’t rehearse with anyone, made tons of demands, and ended up quitting. By the time the director found me I had already signed on with another theater troupe, and started another performance.
The OP in the first story did exactly what they have to do, documenting everything, with witnesses, date, hours and places. Those are solid valuable evidences.
GREAT STORIES! Hope that they are both true! Especially like the 2nd one because I know what it's like to work on a job and then SUPERVISORS are going to bring in somebody to help me that doesn't know SQUAT about what I do, or how I do it.
It is amazing how many people that are out there, that just by leaving/ getting fired, cost someone an entire business. Most of these stories leave out the part where their old work mates found them later just to give them a standing ovation.
