I recommended blue rose to my aunty somewhere last year, she bought one of their houses with no regrets and she’s staying there currently with her family. She never complained about them to me not even for once.
It’s a matter of communication and negotiation,kindly get in touch with her dad and solve your issues amicably other than attacking him through his daughter.
