There is no paved road in front, the bedrooms are very small, there’s no air conditioning included and the whole house with those window bars could kill and trap a family in case of fire. Based on real market price and current condition, $35K USD for both units, or $17K USD for one unit is a more realistic price.
I would love for you guys to build my home but but it'll have to be in the area where the roads are finished already and in the surrounding areas would have to look better than the area where you're showing this property now
