LOC Ladakh | Frano Village 🇵🇰 | Thang Village 🇮🇳 | Ghanche District | Gilgit-Baltistan

- Line of Control, Ladakh is located at the distance of 60 km from Khaplu city. It usually takes around 120 - 130 minutes to reach Frano village that lies around 2-3 km from the actual line of control. From Frano village, special permission is required from Pakistan Army to visit Jabble HQ. From there, one can see the mountains around Ladakh region. Thang village (India) can also be seen.
The following video depicts our beautiful journey towards Frano village on LoC Ladakh. It starts from Khaplu city and ends at Frano Village, visiting places like partook, siksa, sukhmos, chuar and siari.
I always wanted to travel to LoC Ladakh and my wish was fulfilled finally as it was once in a lifetime opportunity. 😃

Yes, I hope one day we all can visit each other's countries on tourist visa.
I can feel the pain of local people on both side of the border being separated by those who does not belong to their area and can visit their relative at their country side. There must be promotion of peace, love and respect for people living on borders to meet each other freely. We spend hundred of thousands of rupees each day just to keep the people living on borders separated from each other. We can spend much lesser amount on building roads and bridges to let these people meet with their closed/blood relatives.

Its a nice and great video and we can promote border tourism here to help the locals to earn from these beautiful scenes (though these are panic for them). It will help both side of the border to normalise the ties and promote the love and respect at each side.

Try same for bresil, Gangani, Kharmang and other beautiful locations, if get permission for visit. Minimerg is too an option for similar purpose.

Good effort by someone from your background but I was more interested to look at Indian side particularly occupied village which we last in 1971 war due to nincompoopery of our LOC delineation team on the ground. Its surprising for us to know this painful truth until the time we started watching Indian bloggers claiming their victory about it
Thanks a lot for the appreciation 😊 Normally, tourists are not allowed to go to the Frano border. We were just lucky enough to go there. It was the courtesy of our sweet brother and jeep driver Meeraj Khalid from Khaplu.
I tried my best to cover ever spot where I had the opportunity to capture. Moreover, it wasn't easy to make videos in heavily guarded military area. I was really lucky enough of even have a glimpse of Thang Village.
