@agirlwholikesbooks do you have likeminded people to talk to - ones that do not judge or condemn you when you have big questions or if you said that you feel distant?
Also I will recommend a preacher that i like because he breaks things down nicely - it feels more like a conversation than a preach - Check out Calvary Church with Skip Heitzig (The "Genesis - 2009" is the TH-cam playlist you should look for! Start there!) And i would say even though you feel distant still pray, it will feel weird especially after a long time, you feel "out of practice" and what not but again have a CONVERSATION. God is your friend, a prayer is a conversation. Have conversations, literally talk about your day😂🥰

I read somewhere that native Americans had a similar technique, but instead of Shea butter, they had a thick oil they would use. And they did this for the winter months
What is the oil
I do this during the fall/ winter only n the oils I use is Jamaica black castor oil bcus it's thicker n peppermint oil bcus it's light enough to penetrate my scalp last longer for my hair during the summer I would use light oils like almond, peppermint, n Shea butter I keep in in a container that I can use to reheat my oils when the Shea butter hardens again.

Keep walking with God and walk with other godly people and dont let anyone, anything, any worldly gains take that away from you. I've been walking with God since i was about 18 and I'm now 31. Still a virgin, and i know God will cause my future husband and i to cross paths as i live my life.
There have been heartaches but i know the heartache would have been a lot worse had i not been walking with God. Remain as wise as a serpent but as innocent as a dove.

This might be a stupid question but,...if you have to apply oils or creams to your hair every day but you go to a school that chooses hair styles for you e.g all back or tread ,how do you apply the cream then everyday
You shouldn’t need to apply anything to your hair daily if you are moisturizing correctly

And my hair is still dry . I just use leave in once a week because butters make my hair dry after 3 days
I don't know how u guys add product to wet hair without it smelling bad when its dried. Mine smells really funky if i do that . I have to air dry mine before i moisturise. Am i the only one?🤔
I've only noticed that when I add products to dirty hair.
If I'm starting with freshly washed wet hair, it doesn't smell bad.
Also putting products in at night may not be a good idea cause it'll stay damp for longer.

@@jasminemarie5703 in the beginning when her hair was wet it seems like she has normal porosity.
my regimen is the same but my hair is still dry a week later, so I feel compelled to add water and oil to my twists or braids when they're dry. (no butter because it might be too heavy). im now experimenting with adding butter AND grease and oil.
