- Some time ago I promised to make you hear the noise differences generated by a rigorously original G4 MDD (a dual 1 Ghz MDD) and a G4 1.25Ghz modified MDD both in the power supply and in the fans (here I synthesize a lot).
A small video that summarizes three moments of the two Mac G4 in the conditions of 1) just started and cold, 2) after half an hour of operation, 3) with the case open and the computer warm.
The noises are captured from the back of the computer, about 10 cm from the air outlet at the height of the power supply and at the height of the video card with the case open.
If you like all of this and are interested in it next time I will post a small video on the changes I made ..... but I warn you that my voice will only be in Italian ... with English I get along very well, sorry if you can .
Tempo fa avevo promesso di farvi sentire le differenze di rumore generate da un G4 MDD rigorosamente originale (un MDD duale a 1 Ghz) e un G4 MDD 1,25Ghz modificato sia nell'alimentatore che nelle ventole (qui sintetizzo molto).
Un piccolo video che riassume tre momenti dei due Mac G4 nelle condizioni di 1) appena avviato e freddo, 2) dopo mezz'ora di funzionamento, 3) a case aperto e computer caldo.
I rumori sono catturati dalla parte posteriore del computer, a circa 10 cm dalla uscita dell'aria ad altezza dell' alimentatore e ad altezza della scheda video a case aperto.
Se tutto questo vi piace e vi interessa la prossima volta posto un piccolo video sulle modifiche che ho effettuato.....ma vi avverto che la mia voce sarà solo in italiano...con l'inglese vado poco daccordo, scusatemi se potete.
