This is what I want to see. A decent dps condi weaver build that doesn't obliterate your finger joints, and drop 10k dps if you mess up 1 attunement switch.
I think both the new staff and scepter rotations are very easy, EXCEPT for the weave self which can be kind of annoying especially if you start dropping quickness or alac. I think people shouldnt be afraid to drop weave self for the elemental, it changes this build from one of the hardest to one of the easier ones to play imo
Replace glyph of elemental power with glyph of lesser elementals in an actual fight, the only thing you need to precast is earth 2, its really not that bad 🙂
Id say its better in every way except for the fact that you dont have a staff in your hands. I tried running staff in raids a bit and burning retreat is only useable very situationally, making scepter pull ahead in damage.
Is it impossible to build this weaver at 200 ping? Does not go above 32k damage. Analysis shows that Dragon's Tooth is used in F/E, and Dragon Tooth Cooltime delays Attune changes after Flamewall and Phoenix in F/F. (Staff weavers are also delayed for similar reasons. Maybe Sword/focus weavers don't have this problem?) Any tips for me? Because of that problem, I am skipping the last Earth and changing from F/F to Water right away. Sorry for my poor english. Thanks for sharing the build.
what's the best skill to skip if you want to make sure you get perfect weave? any ping spike (or input delay, for whatever reason like movement in actual fights) and it expires before the swap to water for me. is skipping the last earth dip a viable choice at all?
I think I would just skip the last swap to fire/fire and go from fire/earth to earth/fire into water/earth, that gives you decent leeway for when you drop alacrity/quickness or need to do a mechanic 🙂
How many Spiteful Infusions does this build needs? In SC site it says *Only 2* but in the build you linked it has *3 Equipped*. But also I see in order to cap 100% of condi duration you need 4 Spiteful infusions. Maybe it's better to have more Condi damage than to Cap 100% of condi duration?
4 is too much since you overcap on duration and therefor waste stats, 2 is apparently better because of how condi ticks get rounded with the server ticks or something idk, I just use 3 since its the closest to 100 without wasting stats, also prolongs your torment dura and other condis
Any sense of how much DPS would be lost by not taking weave self? I can guarantee the quickness/alacrity in some groups, but it's not exactly something I want to super rely on in pugs. Or should I still run weave self and just adapt it?
Im getting 35.5k with no weave self. If you dont want to rely on alac/quickness and you notice you wont finish the whole opener in your weave self you should skip the last swap from f/f to e/f and instead go from f/f straight to w/f into e/w into f/e. that should still be much more dps than going fire ele.

Ok that's impressive but where is the burning retreat in this rotation? :D
Weaver's finally the peak elemental wizard RP
I think Condi Weaver is great since you can equip other weapons (sword/dagger/staff) with the same gear and have a fun different experiences :)
This doesn't actually look as complicated as the original condi weaver rotations. Could see myself trying this to get back into weaver

@@Fennec appreciate the things you do for the community! Is taking elemental a large dps loss?
Also curious how much of a DPS loss replacing weave self is
@@xeri6760 2.5k~
After trying out the spec, the loop is piss easy but weave self rotations are harder than sword's imo
this should come with a disclaimer for the precast... holy hell is it obnoxious O.o

Cant even get the same 38k weave self opener.
Yeah been practicing this for a while now, I seem to be ~8 seconds behind weave self rotation
heavily underplayed
at 36k atm, wish to master this someday :)
name of the music pleeeease. Gonna try this build soon

Can recommend his other songs too, love the vibe
so you only go to air and water when you use weave self
what bgm please
What's the pros/cons for this build compared to staff weaver?
Id say its better in every way except for the fact that you dont have a staff in your hands.

why do you have to remind me phoenix doesn't hit 1billion times
Atleast you can use it twice as often now :)
Where to i look up rotations? :o i wanna try it

do you have a guide to the build at all? A simplified rotation perhaps understand the build better?
Theres a simplified version with some notes on my channel, could be what youre looking for
what you run same build in open world? same traits runes stats etc?

Does scepter do more damage than sword now?
I'm very intrigued, because ranged elementalist.
yes, sword is at like 35-36k right now while being way harder and fully melee, literally no reason to play it currently
@@Nightcrawl7 sweet. I switched to scepter. Much easier to play.
is skipping earth 2 to not get tank a big deal?
Have you tried arcane instead of earth? Or is it not worth it?
probably not worth it, earth is very good for condi while arcane only gives you some on hit condis, most of it is boon focussed

nope, but staff can
