TODAY'S RECIPE IS Semolina Kala Jamun Recipe | Suji Kalo Jam Sweet | Semolina Sweet Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Let it boil
Boil for 2 mins
Keep aside
Suji 1/2 cup
Roast for 5 mins low flame
Milk 1 cup
Keep stirring on medium flame
Dough form
Cool for 5 mins
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder pinch of
Ghee 1 tsp
Knead well
Cylinder shape
Lukewarm oil
Fry until dark brown medium flame
Lukewarm sugar syrup
Lukewarm fried sweet
Soak for 2 hours
Coat with milk powder
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
