What a great circuit. I am so glad you're back producing these great quality videos on simple and very educational electronic circuits. You're one of the best all around. I have seen a lot of channels - with voice, without a voice (even though the microphone is on), with very cool or bad music, with or without schematics. Even people with great ideas that cram multiple "inventions" with no explanation or schematic, simply having people watch them hard-wire their components - even their rechargeable batteries!! What a waste. Wish you great health. Keep inventing and keep up the great quality.

Can you please make a video where both the police flashing light and siren sound are combined into a single breadboard circuit?

Thank you for the video, it's just what I was looking for!
Could you please advise me what component values to change, to get frequency variation between 20 and 27 kHz? Also I'd like to attach a mosfet to the output to commutate 12V. Could you help me with these two tasks, please? Thank you in advance!

LOL I've seen a few of your 555 timer videos, but I think this is my favorite...so far. This is pretty cool. I just wonder how it would sound connected to a small PA speaker. I may have to try this. I have a BUNCH of these little 555 timer ICs.

Has anyone tried to replicate this with Tinkercad circuits? I tried and it makes some noises but the noises is no way close to real thing (Tinkercad doesn't have a speaker, but it has a piezo) ... I want to know if I wired up something wrong or this circuit is too 'analog'/'real world' for Tinkercad to simulate.

For me the speaker varies its sound only once instead of continuously varying its sound.

The capacitor value in the first 555 is responsible for the siren speen, it might just be taking a very very long time to change, I thought the same but I managed to get it working

Okay. I used a 0.25Watt 8Ohm speaker. Maximum this circuit can drive is about 0.5Watts. For anything above it, you need to use an amplifier.
