Hello: When I get to the page with "Contact Us" on the left, and "Forms" on the right, I can't get the forms page to load. Clicking on Forms purple icon doesn't do it. What am I doing wrong? What exactly am I supposed to click on? Sorry, to bother you.

Google Form is in default Questions tab. Choose Responses tab, click three dots top right, choose "Get email notifications for new responses"

I am having an issue after I insert the form and publish the site, outsiders who try to use the form on the site are prompted to sign in to Google and I can't seem to find a fix, any input would be appreciated. Very good and helpful video. Thank you.

From form setting turn off sign in to google, that’s it easy

Once the form is created and added to the site, it needs to be told where the incoming contact information will be stored. For that, you must link the form to a google sheet. It's easy, but this video leaves that out.
