    Water temperature 93 degrees
    Steam 40g water for 30 seconds
    First pour with water to 120g. The water column is large but circles slowly and then drains dry (about 01:00)
    Second pour, add water to 200g. The water column is large but circles slowly and then drains dry (about 01:40)
    Third pour, add water to 240g, smaller column and center pour with water.
    The overall time is about 02:00 - 02:15.
    Overall, I think it tastes layered, the flavor is balanced, and the thickness is moderate.
    The amount of powder he recommended is 16g (powder to water ratio 1:15). After trying it myself, I prefer to use 15g of beans.
    Another thing worth noting is that this is a method to ensure a simple and stable water pouring method, so the grinding size is the direction that needs to be adjusted.
    He suggested using the total flow time to judge. If it is less than 02:00, grind it a little finer; if it is greater than 02:15, grind it a little coarser.
    In my own actual measurement, there is a significant difference between C40 28 clicks and 27 clicks. In addition, the flow rate of different beans will be different.
