      haan bhai banadunga . dekho starting mai zyada calorie surplus mat rakna sirf 100 ya 200 calorie surplus rak ke lean bulk karna aur details main naye video main batadunga

    Bhai ek doubt clear nhi hua.. muscle gaining k time bro split and other ppl spilt karna chahiye yah 3 days per week full body workout....kahi bolte hai full body karne se jaida calories burn karega toh gain nhi kar payega...par koi bolte hai yahi best hai during bulk!!!

      Bhai mere liye best upper body lower body or push pull legs split kaam kia hai. Full body split bohot time leta hai aur over the time boring hojati hai. Calories sab mai similar hi burn hoti hai depending on workout volume. Full body main sirf 3 din workout haina hafte main toh isiliye per session jyada volume lagani padthi hai saare muscle hit karne

      bhai 1. push pull legs split follow karo 2. 8-15 repetition range mein failure hit karo har set main 3. apni diet main carbs kam karke protein thoda jyada add karo
