Have been given a warm welcome to their farms despite my delayed visit in the rainy evening. seen their cattle and enquired about the preparation method of butter. Have been given 1/2 kg butter prepared from kangeyam breed cow milk. Melted it at home got a very good ghee. Availability of this kind of ghee is very rare. Eventhough little bit costlier worth to the cost. I am planning to purchase more. Thanks for your warm welcome and offering of butter amidst your scheduled orders.

Keeping curd or butter milk in a copper vessel for few days until a green color layer forms. Mixing with water and spraying on plants gives enormous results.
Madam one suggestion you produce ghee in cream separator also ...keep both products with separate rates..people will understand better all the best keep going...good initiative
