I purchased 1 litre of A2 Ghee last month from Nilavenba Organic farm.Then only I realised , all these years I was consuming a milk product that was ‘called’ Ghee which is actually not ghee at all.(it was milk fat) If you want to know the real taste of a ghee ,then try A2 ghee(Bilona process).You may feel the price is a bit high.But there is a saying “வைத்தியனுக்கு கொடுக்கிறதைவிட வணிகனுக்கு கொடு”. Have been given a warm welcome to their farms despite my delayed visit in the rainy evening. seen their cattle and enquired about the preparation method of butter. Have been given 1/2 kg butter prepared from kangeyam breed cow milk. Melted it at home got a very good ghee. Availability of this kind of ghee is very rare. Eventhough little bit costlier worth to the cost. I am planning to purchase more.

இவங்கககிட்ட லிட்டர் 4000. என இவங்க video LA காட்டிய நெய் பார்த்து அரை லிட்டர் 2000 ரூபாய்க்கு வாங்கினேன்,காங்கேயம் பசு நெய் என சொன்னாங்க ,நெய் எண்ணெய் போல தண்ணியாக இருந்தது, வாசம் மிக குறைவு,கலர் ஐவரி கலர்ல இருந்தது,video வில் காட்டியபடி நிச்சயம் இல்லை,நான் எங்கள் வீட்டில் தினமும் வாங்கும் பசும் பாலில் மிதப்பு எடுத்து மாதம் ஒரு முறை நெய் காய்ச்சுவேன் அவ்வளவு மணமாக இருக்கும்,நல்ல மஞ்சள் நிறம் முக்கால் அளவு கெட்டியாக கால் அளவு எண்ணெய் பதத்தில் இருக்கும்,கோவில் பொங்கல் என்பதால் விலை பற்றி யோசிக்காமல் வாங்கிவிட்டேன்,யோசித்து வாங்குங்க friends,விலைக்கேற்ற தரமாக எனக்கு தெரியவில்லை
