I knew that Tobin guy sounded familiar, his voice actor does the voices for like 90% of the Romans in Total War: ROME II. Check out the "Caesar in Gaul" or "Empire Divided" trailer and you can hear him narrating.
He's also in some other star wars games

Regardless of whether or not you agree with the Queen working with the Republic, there's certain things about Talia preferable to Vaklu. The biggest factor to me is that Vaklu will still let his soldiers die to you even when he wants you to work with him.

Vaklu and Tobin realised that even if they would take control of Onderon by killing Queen Talia in Civil war. The Sith (with my Old Apprentice) would attacked Onderon and tried to conquer it! So if you as the player side with Vaklu, they give you an Offer to kill the queen, Onderon independent, make them strong against this Sith threat & help the planet in the war with the Sith (With me as Hidden Sith Lord).
I'd love to have the game option to slap daegon ghent telling me he hopes he never sees me again after all that trouble helping his ass get out of prison
I wish Kavar did not say "There is a disruption! I must investigate.." as when you remove that he simply seems foolhardy, the consummate jedi guardian.. until you talk to him at the end of the civil unrest and see starkly his unique tithing to the pain of this era.
