The voters spoke between February 3rd and the middle of June. The press should now be talking to the delegates that the voters elected in the primaries. There are plenty of Biden delegates to interview, about 3,900 of them. Get out of your studios and go to it, Guys. They are the ones who have to nominate him. If they are wavering, that is information we need to know. If not, then we need to know that too. Why is Vaughn Hilliard the only one out there? Those are simple facts to collect. Not what some member of Congress from Georgia or Michigan thinks. And certainly not what some commentator thinks.
I voted for Biden in 2020 and absolutely WILL NOT vote for him a 2nd time. I've voted Blue since the mid 90's and am a registered Democrat in NV.
I am telling you this 100% from the heart, if the Dems don't find a way to get Biden off the ticket I will NEVER vote for them again.

If Biden remains the nominee, then it's more likely than not that Trump will win the presidency, AND (because of a lackluster down ballot for dems) republicans will control both the House (D:211 to R:224) and Senate (DI: 48 to R:52). Every political person knows this and if they are up for a 'close' re-election this year, they will call for Biden to step aside -- it's a matter of survival now.
More than that, it is about keeping a good guy in office who cares for our country and its citizens.

We are not a pure democracy. We are a democratic republic. And there is a very BIG difference.
The MSM has pushed this far beyond what any of the people would have made it to be without them. His subsequent appearances and interviews would have been more than enough to assuage voters of his capacity to be POTUS if it wasn’t for the media picking every single word apart based on the fact it’s being said in a voice that sounds 81. I’m tired of Trump’s screaming, I don’t disrespect the idea of a soft spoken president who has already proved he’s willing to give his entire life to the US and has improved our country in ways that every day people can appreciate… we didn’t have that for a long time. Even if you don’t agree with all his policies it is an inarguable fact that Joe Biden has given America more than Donald Trump ever would or could, even if he turned into a church boy by tomorrow. I don’t believe anyone ever claimed Biden was a great orator in history and his voice is quieter, his stutter is more pronounced but none of the stories I’ve seen since the debate have been warranted in any capacity. It’s been like a firing squad all week, for what? The idea anyone could run a winning presidential campaign against Trump’s supporters AND against Biden supporters in fourth months is frankly ridiculous. How are the general elderly public going to feel about us chucking out their President because he’s old? How will we explain to them that they no longer have social security or health insurance because the party that is platforming off a promise to eradicate those necessary services with swift totality won their races simply because had a more united front?
I know that he was and I SAW that he was speaking directly to reporters off script, they said it wasn’t long enough. Laura Loomer makes up on X that POTUS had a medical emergency on Air Force one, not just being in incredibly bad taste but also completely untrue as we saw that he walked off the plane on schedule. He said all he wants to focus on is doing the best job that he can for the people, everyone screams because he didn’t prostrate himself at their feet. I can’t figure out for the life of me what would have been a better response to that question.. the President is meant to be a voice of comfort to the country, should he have been frenzied? Vengeful? More like Trump? Have any of these dems who are demanding POTUS step aside ever been President? How many of them have run losing presidential campaigns before? How many of these media outlets also ran stories demanding Hilary Clinton step aside because of HER health, I just saw her on the Tony’s the other day wearing a bedazzled caftan receiving a standing ovation probably from some people who parroted those same stories about her failing health in 2016. Biden should forever be the antithesis of Trump to the people. In every capacity. He meets with Dems face to face, how can they walk out of that meeting and be so assured of his fitness while others in that same party who were not in the meeting continue to insist he is unfit? The Heritage Foundation threatens the entire left with violence, GS wants to ask Biden 50 different ways why he won’t step down and then compare every response as if different phrasing of the same response indicates cognitive decline. What an absolute waste of time in one of American history’s most defining elections. The Constitution rewritten, SCOTUS hijacked by rogue and life term confirmed MAGA shills yet we are STILL on the cusp of so many opportunities for American’s to continue to improve our country for everyone. Right now, the biggest problem is not Biden - it's the media choice of coverage. The debate was bad, true. Is that the only really bad debate ever seen? No. But here's the thing - before and after the debate he has been fine - but the media is doing it's best to try and keep this story alive as long as possible, and the general public watches the news and if the news keeps saying "I don't know, maybe he's too old. This can't be unseen." then the people start asking, "why are they still talking about this - am I mistaken? Is it worse than I think it is?"
I believe that at this point, the media is what is creating doubt and not the event. If the media had reported and moved on, I think the debate would have had a minor impact. After all, we have seen MUCH bigger things from Trump, but the media hardly reports it and within a week, nobody ios talking about it.
The last 10 events Biden has done were all solid and all the events in the few weeks leading up to the debate he did good, only that single 90 minute debate was he doing bad - in a rational world, that would say that the debate was an anomaly - a one-of - not a trend or systemic problem. They happen. They happen to everyone and at all ages.
And there is the real problem, not with Biden, but with the media: Age. From the start, when there was no evidence to go on, certain people in the media have been asking "Well, don't you think he's too old?" They had no reason, just his age. When the public showed that they did not think he was too old, rather than drop it, those people started looking for anything they could highlight that would support their stance on age, and they pushed - gently but persistently. And slowly the seeds were planted and a few more asked the question even though Biden was proving he was not too old by actually doing things that nobody thought possible. And the more he achieved, the more he proved himself capable, the more pushback over his age and then, we got the debate and rather than looking at it in context and having a measured and rational response, here was the key to "proving" the original claim that all the real evidence denied and those few that started it now are able to gather more and desperately try to show that Biden is too old. Except there has been amply evidence that the debate was not a persistent issue and Biden is fine. Yes, he is old, but he is also cognitively sound and provably a more accomplished president that any in modern times, and he is still accomplishing things.
The question today is not: Is Biden capable - he has and is still proving he is.
The question today is: Can the reporters on the major networks report the facts or are they too caught up in ageism?
It's not ageism - it's cognitive decline - he can't hide it anymore - replace him now - Newsom! Or anyone with a pulse!

The concerns about Biden existed well before the debate and well before the media ever jumped on board. No one was willing to report them but the debate cemented those concerns and why we are in the position we are today.

Biden is proving he is cognitive able by actually doing things. The fact is that Biden has accomplished more in his time in office than any other modern president. The US economy has had the fastest recovery of any country in the world with Bidens ideas - and make no mistake, it is Biden's idea, in fact the when he laid it out all the economist said it was a radical concept which would never work - except it did and it worked better than any other plan anywhere on earth.
It's things like that which proves he is not in cognitive decline. As far as the debate is concerned, I watched Biden speaking in the weeks leading up to the debate and he was fine, since the debate he has done at least 10 event and I have watched most of them and he has been fine - but on the debate he was not. That is not a pattern that suggests cognitive decline, that suggests that he had a bad night.
But ultimately, a bunch of people who are not doctors and have never even met Biden passing judgements about his soundness is not very persuasive. What is are the long list of things he has done while in office and is still doing. Maybe if the media spent more time reporting on that and when he does something that has never been done before, make sure people know that, maybe people would not be asking if he is able to do the job - he IS doing the job, and while you might dislike some of his policies, the fact is he HAS done more overall than any other modern president. And he has done it while the Republican party has tried hard to block him every way they can.
There were so many good points made by the two guests Professor Smikle and Jennifer Horn that I’m saving this video. “I think the small number of Democrats and media folks that have come down on him after the debate have done more harm than Joe Biden himself.” “It’s naive to think that at this point you can switch candidates and still defeat Trump. It’s naive to think that the Dem. Party will come out of a contested convention more united than they are today.” Maybe some top Dems in Congress like Pelosi and Schumer can convince him to step down, but if not, he’s the candidate and I still feel great about voting for him. I am not afraid of any supposed cognitive decline of Joe Biden like I’m afraid of the autocratic tendencies of Donald Trump and his sycophants and his Christo-Fascist henchmen. He’s my President and I’m supporting him to the end, whatever that end may be.
