A lot of really good selections here. I love that I also have half of them on my shelf. Looking to add most of the others if i get the chance, especially the Dragon’s Milk Origin Toasted.
Great list! I love Wild Turkey offerings and found a Russell’s 15 in the wild, but was a no go at $475.00. Still haven’t found a Jack Daniels 12 (or 10) and would love to find one. Love Ben Holladay and have several One Barrel store picks, so good!
I've found so many great bottles this year here in michigan, Loved the OGD 16-JD barrel proof rye- OF single barrel-barrel proof rye-Bookers 24-01 and 24-03 -MM Heart Release-WT 8yr 70 th - Sagamore 9yr -Walleye Run 7yr Malted rye 105 proof, so many too choose from 😋 Cheers 👍💯😉 Also Bardstown single barrel 😀
Cheers TV!!! I pop in here quite often and really enjoy your content (brand) tremendously. I've recently taken an interest in good bourbon and single malt scotch. I know, there's good blends all over. But I've had those and want to explore more single malts. That being said... have you ever tried The Dalmore 12 year? I'd be happy to send a bottle for you to sample and review!
Great list! Thank you for including an American Single Malt. I'm excited to see where the genre goes and enjoy introducing my Bourbon/Rye drinking friends to the various ones that I've picked up. Did you have anything from Still Austin or Garrison Brothers this year? I'm really impressed with some of the whiskeys coming out of Texas, but I know it is a distinct taste.
Good Stuff! Funny how different palates are. The MM Heart Release was one of my biggest disappointments of the year. Maybe the harshest MM I’ve ever had.
Hope you’ve been well, brother. Heard good things about the Remus but never got around to trying it. Saw it on shelves here a few times and considered picking it up.
Solid list. I am only missing 3 but only because I couldn’t find them or get them mailed. That Milestone I tried as soon as it came out but did not deliver to any state I was going to be in or traveling too. A few days later it was sold out
I was lucky enough to get a few allocated bottles this year. Old Fitz 13 BiB VVS is my number one. I really enjoyed the Michters Barrel Strength Bourbon and Toasted Rye as well. Found North Batch 10 is delicious! I’m a sucker for the Makers Mark Cellar Aged and I thought this years was more complex. Jack Daniel’s SBBP Rye will probably always be on my list. Hard Truth Sweet Mash Rye was a pleasant surprise. and my favorite new NPD is River Roots in Cleveland! I have so many amazing bottles from them this year.
I can’t find that New Riff Malted Sherry anywhere. Not even online. Where did you buy? Seems weird in such a giant market in Dallas to not have this bottle anywhere
Have to agree I haven’t had a bad pour from Bardstown. Love their juice. My favorite sipper this year has been the JD Single Barrel Barrel Proof. Just can’t get enough. Also, love the trumpet in the outtro :)
Been waiting on this one!!! What a year. Keep it live for 25 TV!
Great list! I've had a number of these and totally agree! Best place to spend my money is definitely the Bardstown Origin series.
It’s been such a solid year. I’m so much more knowledgeable because of all the vids as well! Cheers to 2025

The Bardstown Double Rye is at a local store in Southeastern Massachusetts for around $60

Milestone 2 and Bardstown Wheat were my top picks this year

Solid list, TV... Have a few and agree that there were plenty of releases of better bottles that weren't $200+ MSRP!
Gonna pick up a couple of these GGs
Nice outro music as well

Agreed with the Jim Beam Black Label 7 Year!
You need to start doing cocktail making videos! That would be AMAZING
Remus 8 pretty amazing

Bulleit 12yo Rye absolutely top nock
I'm surprised no Scotch made it. But they sound like great picks. I personally would have added Jefferson's to the mix. A great easy sip.

That's hot
🎉
Why just limit to whiskey 🙂
