My son was having anger. We did this meditation together. He felt some relief and we got some father som time together. We are new to this but feel strongly that we have some new coping skills here with you. Thank you so much.

If you’re having a tough time focusing, it helps to put your hand in front of your face & feel your breath as you exhale from your nose or mouth. It also helps to lay on a yoga mat or bed & go under the blanket to create a safe space like a cocoon. Thank you for this meditation. It’s a wonderful one.

Had a moment during meditation today where it clicked with me that I need to be kinder to myself. It’s funny how breakthroughs can happen like that, unexpected but very powerful.
My brother was screaming and kicking and crying (because he is 4) and we played this in hopes that he would stop... then an odd silence rose. We when to go check on him and he was dead asleep and sooooo relaxed, in that case we thank you for calming down my loud 4 year old brother!!! Keep up the great work!!!!😉
This was great, not too long not too short- people say the guide talked too much but I found it very reassuring and there were spaces of silence - it also ended gently so I was able to continue meditating on my own in silence 😇 I went into frustrated and ended feeling lighter
100 percent of you won’t see this, but I just want to write a comment to vent. I play football and we have about 5 coaches on our team. So this happened earlier today. We were running a play where I had to make a difficult block, and I failed. The running back hit me in the arm and it hurt quite a bit. So I started loosening up my arm and people were asking me if I was okay. I said I was fine, but this one coach yelled at me basically accusing me of being a drama queen. This already made me angry but whatever. A few plays later I am taking a break on the sideline and my substitute is in. So they run a play where he gets hit pretty hard as well. So he is also loosening up his arm, and the coach that yelled at me is asking him if he is okay and how such a great play he made and how much of a team player he is. I never wanted to yell in someone’s face more than I did today, like my anger was at 100. Thanks to anyone who read this, it means a lot.

Just wanted to agree broski that yea I kinda hate those types of ppl with double standards and you should’ve and should and could let out your anger right then and there in an assertive way or even make the mistake of shouting at him if need be, I mean it’s good you held yourself but it’s not healthy or normal imo to not say it or call it out in many situations esp if you’re not in the wrong or at least know you have something to say, then say it, there’s ways and just cause you’re angry or sad or any ‘negative’ feeling doesn’t make you ‘bad’ or wrong or guilty at all just as real and valid as ‘positive’ feelings that we act on too, there’s ways again, alr tty broski peace 👊🫡💯🔥

I felt frustration so I remembered doing this in school and did it. It really helped great video I made it 5 minutes in I will definitely do the full 10 next time thank you for the help this will be a regular thing.

But a few minutes in, that anger calmed down, but I still felt overwhelmed, so then the anger turned into sadness and I just kinda cried for the rest of the video plus some. Is that normal???
Please make a tinnitus section, there are 50million people with it. No cure yet meditation is the only thing that can help, you will get alot of new subs
I listen to the rain on canvas soundscape and that frog soundscape and it’s almost deafening in a good way. It knocks out any ringing and thoughts. It’s so Perfect and yes I have tinnitus on a lower scale.
Hii headspace I recently made payment through my card for headspace premium . After I made the payment first time there was some error and payment could not be made after that I tried 2 time and the same error appeared. But when I checked my account payment was deducted 3 times from my account. My head space app still said the payment had not been made. Please help. Namaste
This was awful for lowering frustration. It kept saying to think these thoughts and let them run. No. I came here to rid of them, letting them run increased frustration.
I let my mind do it’s own thing and it kept thinking that this has nothing to do with frustration and is NOT actually a meditation at all but instead just a guided breathing exercise, which would be fine if headspace didn’t have 40+ other videos that are the exact same thing with a different buzz word attached
Before watching this I was frustraded about my girlfriend whom just broke up with me and over U$ 25.000,00 I had on debt... and now, after watching this, I can tell you: the debt its still there and im still frustraded. Lol.
That was very unhelpful for me, it gave no useful insight but instead just told me to breathe in and out the whole time. Completely not specific to anger, it’s just a generic 10 minute breathing exercise.

This helped me realize that I wasn't angry at a person I am interested in, I was angry at myself for how much mental space I granted the situation.
