In my previous career I felt like I advanced too quickly, beyond my skills and knowledge at the time. Recruiters often pushed me in this direction. This time I'm making career moves when I know I'm ready!
Amazing video, Bleu. I am currently in college and am planning on getting my cpc in early 2026. I plan on working as a coder for 2 - 5 years before trying to become a CDI. Your videos have been so helpful in understanding how to achieve my goals.
I have a question. I work in a small hospital in Sterile Processing dept. A position has come up for Health information tech, I applied and the manager and I feel this is a good fit. However, HR explained the position is entry level and I would make significantly less money. I’m 40 and I want to change career paths and do this but I’m scared to leave my position because of failure. My bills are paid I don’t have lingering debt I could reasonably do it get tuition reimbursement blah blah and really excel in the position but I don’t know. Any advice? I was a secretary, and leasing Agent for 10 years and I still do leasing pt.

Great video! I’m considering a leadership position in the future. The more you know, the better! I absolutely love HIM!
So glad I found this channel😊
