As they said “media can not film on the freeway shoulder if it’s not a traffic accident or fire scene”. I’ve been let go after an ID check because of that lol. That’s why I stopped filming chp breaks from debris.
I love em too. But sometimes you get the chp officers that don’t let us do our thing. Last time I was pulled over by chp because he stated. “As media you can not film on a freeway shoulder”. But yet all other officers are ok with it as long as we’re doing it safely & wait for them to slow or stop traffic
