@@malcolmhodgson7540 it’s by no means a bad router and it all depends on the application, but I have seen different reviews from user to user where some claiming Makita to be better than let’s say Milwaukee. It is when you put it to torture test where it struggles against others.

I see you are using the multi-function disk/belt/edge sander. In the video for that tool, you mentioned that you had problems with the washing machine motor overheating. How did you resolve that? Did you just replace the motor?
