With your full Operator form unlocked you can now exit and re-enter your Warframe at will. The Iron Man chest beam is gone, placed on a Warframe named Qorvex now as his 4, but you now have access to Amps, an arm brace that focuses your void power in different ways depending on the pieces you used to make it. Thats right I said the pieces you used to make it and thats cause Amps are modular custom weapons much like Kitguns or Zaws. Theyre constructed of 3 pieces and the stats and fire/alt fire modes are determined by what you choose. There are of course "Meta" options but you dont need to worry about that this early. Only if you plan on fighting Eidolons and stuff. So my advice is create what you WANT first, then what you NEED. You may be wondering where you get these pieces. Well, now that you can leave your frame at any time you can go to Cetus, Fortuna, and the Necralisk and enter secret doors only opened for your true form. In Cetus its a door behind Konzu, in Fortuna its a door behind and to the right of Eudico, and for the Necralisk its to the left of Mother in the hallway. These rooms contain an NPC and a sort of "side faction" to level up. Cetus and Fortuna's carry blueprints for Amp pieces. When talking about amp pieces people usually refer to them as numbers, corresponding to the point theyre at in the list of amp pieces I think but i can never remember which is which. Some people say The War Within is better than The Second Dream. While I agree its actual gameplay is superior, I don't think it has that same "OH MY GOD" impact that The Second Dream had back in the day, although they're still both unbelievably good. Very little commentary from you during this; I imagine you were just super-absorbed by it. The moment when your Warframe just leaps up out of the water and the Operator just walks out of it to confront the Queens is _incredibly_ badass. If the flow of the challenges in the caves in this quest feel a bit odd, that's because Operator abilities got heavily reworked after the quest was added to the game; originally you had an ability called Void Blast on your melee button, which was used to smash open the doors and stun the Golden Maw, and you had Void Dash instead of Void Sling, which you got much later in the sequence. Void Blast was removed, so you had to get Void Sling earlier, making the second Golden Maw sequence easier than it should have been.
kinda surprised it took until War Within for our lad to find the sprint reminds me of that one BotW streamer who only found parry/sidestep *after* finishing the game
Once you have completed war within and crafted your railjack, you can start trying to get Kuva weapons from a kuva lich. basically all of which will be a big upgrade for you as they are midgame weapons. All of them are worth having, and when you start working on them. Kuva weapons, can have their maximum level increased, every time you put a forma on a kuva or tenet weapon, the max level increases by 2 up to a maximum of 40
I'm using a Kuva Chakkur on Zariman, so technically they are end game weapons. They may not be as strong as the Laetum and others, but they are totally viable for Steel Path, and both Zariman and Deimos. In fact I would argue that the Chakkur is stronger than the Laetum, due to there being no need to "charge" it up, and a bigger explosive radius. Plus, maybe it's just me, but I don't think the Phenmor is very strong, sure it is a minigun type weapon which spits out serious amounts of firepower, but I've encountered nothing, so far, that the Kuva Chakkur can not "one-shot", except for the Angels. I have only built and tested the Incarnon weapons from Cavalero, and the Laetum is the only one worth using, in my opinion, but I still prefer my Kitgun for secondary over the Laetum, as it will "one shot" many of the enemies that the Laetum needs a lot of bullets to kill. Don't get me started on the Innodem, it may be a very strong dagger, but it's still only a dagger with short range, that has to be charged up in a clunky and time intensive way, before it becomes useful.

The Lich has taken control of a planet, when you "executed" it's thrall you would have learnt which weapon the Lich was carrying, at that point you could have chosen to walk away, and the Lich would not have spawned. Now, you have to do missions on the planet that the Lich has taken control of, executing all of the thralls that will spawn in those missions, to learn which three murmurs you need to kill the Lich. Once you have learnt the murmurs, you have to try and get the Lich to spawn, by just doing more missions on that planet, eventually it will become angry enough to spawn in one of those missions, hopefully you can defeat it, which forces it to flee to a Railjack mission, where you can confront it for the final time, and win the weapon it is carrying.
