I had to find my way through a few people telling me I needed a factory reset. That didn't seem right. Finding you was like finding an oasis in the desert. Your instructions worked great. Thanks. I also found that the ink stops filling automatically if the tank is full.

Great video! I have a big problem through! During set up the charging didn’t work properly and I don’t know how to go back. It wants to move forward in the process, yet the ink isn’t working because it isn’t charged. How do I go back?

Hello i have a question that i will please like for you to answer please ... i bought my printer used and with filled tanks already yetttt !! When i print it prints it fast and comes out fast still blank and tells me to check ink level regularity ... idk how to fix that

Ok…i refilled the tanks, rest the thing, and now it just keeps sending me to the reset ink site. Can’t get onto the home screen, and attempts to print just advise “ the printer is busy” Help
My printer worked well for a time and when it said the ink level was low I bought a new supply and placed the bottle as shown. I assumed that the tank was filling but evidently it was not and now I can't get any ink to flow from the Epson 502 replacement bottle. What can I do to make the ink flow into the tank?
Same Probelm here, tried Tech Support, they know nothing, no help, no remedy, this printer is now a $300 paper weight, will never buy Epson anything anymore.

I don't have that type of refill bottle. Mine are plastic accordion- type plastic container, sort of like a syringe . It has a long needle to insert and refill the tank. I pushed the needle into the port but it doesn't empty. Anyone ever run into this?

I have tried to refill the ink tanks on my Epsom echo for the first time but the ink will not flow into the the tanks. All are now empty. Anyone have solution to this problem!

i just found out if you are having issues connecting the bottle to the printer MAKE SURE they are the right model becasue OF COURSE each Printer type is only compatible with its own bottles. I just found that out the hard way. GRRRRR why not just have a UNIVERSAL SYSTEM?!?!
