For dal makhani-(for 3 person)
1. ½ cup whole black urad
2. 1 tbsp kidney beans
3. 3 cup water
4. 1-1.5 tsp salt
5. 2 tbsp ghee
6. ½ tsp cumin seeds
7. ¼ tsp asafoetida
8. 2 chopped green chilly
9. ½ tsp dry ginger powder
10. 3 tomato puree
11. ½ tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
12. ½ tsp red chilly powder
13. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
14. 2 tbsp butter
15. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
16. Dry fenugreek leaves
17. ¼ tsp garam masala powder
18. Coriander leaves
19. ¼ cup milk malai
20. For smoky flavour coal & ghee
For naan dough-
1. 1 cup wheat flour
2. 1 cup all purpose flour
3. 1 tsp salt
4. 1 tsp powder sugar
5. 1 tsp oil
6. ½ tsp baking powder
7. ¼ tsp baking soda
8. ½ cup curd
9. 1 cup warm water
For stuffing-
1. 3 grated processed cheese cube
2. 15-20 chopped mint leaves
3. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
4. Black pepper powder
5. Salt
6. Roastd cumin seeds powder
7. Ghee spread on naan
