For idli batter-
1. 1.5 cup rice
2. ½ cup urad dal
3. ½ cup poha
4. 1.5 tsp salt
5. 1 cup water
For gun powder/podi masala-
1. 1-2 tsp oil
2. 10-12 dry Kashmiri red chilly
3. ½ cup uraddal
4. 1/3 cup chickpeas dal
5. 1 tbsp rice
6. 25-30 dry curry leaves
7. 1 tsp dry fenugreek seeds
8. ½ tsp black mustard seeds
9. 8-10 black peppercorn
10. ½ tsp cumin seeds
11. 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
12. 1.5 tsp rock salt
13. ½ tsp asafoetida
14. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
15. ½ tsp dry mango powder
16. Little bit jeggary
For chutney-
1. ½ cup grated dry coconut
2. ¼ cup roasted chickpeas
3. ½ tsp salt
4. 1 dry green chilly/1/2 tsp red chilly powder
5. 1/4 cup water
6. 1 tsp oil
7. ¼ tsp urad dal
8. ¼ tsp black mustard seeds
9. ¼ tsp cumin seeds
10. 1 dry red chilly
11. 6-7 dry curry leaves
12. Pinch of asafoetida
For ghee podi goli idli-
1. 1 cup water
2. 1 cup rice flour
3. ½ tsp cumin seeds
4. ½ tsp salt
5. ¼ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
6. Pinch of soda
7. Ghee,podi masala

no...if you feel its not fermented you can use it
Namak janb idly banani ho tab dalna
pajusan me mixture use નહિ karte
Namak dalnese fermentation nahi hota
Aaramse fermentation hota hai..
Paryushan me munh ke bacteria nai maar sakte to yeh fermentation ke bacteria kaise maar sakte hai?!

Curry patta , grinder paryushan mai nahi chalta. Wrong information hai .Normal days mai chalta hai. Paryushan ka name mat likho.
Koi wrong information nhi hai. She clearly says, Dried curry leaves means sukha hua kadhi patta. Which is allowed during Paryushan.
Aap pehle pura knowledge le kr bola kro.
Ingredients like ginger, coriander, curry leaves Sukha ke Dry krke Paryushan me Use krna allowed hai.

Idli flour se bhi banega
Sabke Ghar ka alag alag rehta hai..mere mayke me nahi use ata..magr sasural me sab foodie hai to yaha use krte hai. Sabji b nahi tyag krte. 😅
ग्राइंडर नहीं चलाने का क्या कारण है?
