I've been using the other AG for years, Amazing Grass. I've transitioned to Kachava but will still use what I have left in my AG tub. Tastes great in OJ in the morning. Looking forward to experimenting with Kachava and seeing if its a true replacement for my AG.
At 67, I'm limited on foods that I can eat. For instance, I can no longer consume dairy products. The Ka'Chava sounds great, but I need the nutrients and hate taking pills. At this moment, AG1 seems better. Thank you for your comparison review.
I watched this video thinking that I was going to choose between the two, and then while watching I realized I would benefit from both and considered doing that so I can decide which one to use based on my day. I love that you ended up recommending it anyway! Great video, really informative - you've just earned a new sub!
Thanks for your reviews on Kachava and AG1. Based on your reviews, I went ahead and ordered both and my initial reaction for both is positive. I'm not sure why but the Kachava for some reason is extremely satisfying -- taste, consistency, possibly placebo? We'll see. I ordered the chocolate, chai, and matcha. The AG1 is also very satisfying. I do not view them as replacements for the other. I'll keep each subscription for a few months and then decide if to make any changes. I suspect I'm staying with Kachava regardless.
Thank you! So glad to hear it is working out well! I have not found one that beats Ka'Chava yet. The taste, texture, and sensation of fullness are all amazing. Hope it continues to work out really well!
Dude, before watching your video I was debating which one to buy because I've researched both and I couldn't decide which one to get, until I said what if I get both. I told myself let me watch this video and see if he helps me decide and what do you know, you said to get both. Thanks for proving myself right I will definitely buy both.
Awesome! Glad it helped! They are both nutritional powerhouses but serve different needs of needing calories or not. Nice to have both and use the one that best fits what you are in need of. 😀 hope you love them!
I'm still on my first 2 Ka'Chava bags(chocolate n Vanilla + the chocolate bar). I prefer AG1💚. I was told not to use water in my Ka'Chava (I did). Even with peanut butter n banana, Ka'Chava still taste like Ka'Chava. It's a 3 outta 5 (both flavors). Ka'Chava chocolate bar gets a 3.5 outta 5
I love Ka'Chava. And it is a meal replacement, not a vitamin shake like the AG1 is. So they really are two different categories. I get no craving for snacks between meals when I drink a Ka'Chava shake. Plus it's a great post-workout meal.
Love it as well. I have people comment strongly on both sides on if it is a meal replacement or not. It is light on calories but if you can make that work it can definitely be used as a meal replacement.
@@Learnwithtravis I have nothing against AG1. I have honestly been looking at it as an extra healthy boost in the morning. My main concerns are the incredibly high amounts of some of the Vitamins. Though some are water soluble, 1100% of Biotin, and the others. 553% Vitamin E for example. Maybe I'm reading in too much, heck Ka'Chava has 250% Biotin. But just looking at the protein and fiber. AG1 has 2g protein, 2g fiber. While Ka'Chava has 25g protein and 9g fiber. That makes it a meal replacement to me. I guarantee if I drank AG1 for breakfast, I would be hungry again in a couple of hours. Where Ka'Chava satiates me completely until my next meal. I may have to pick up AG1 just for my workout days so I can get that extra energy boost.
@@ppjkb8 Oh yeah, completely agree with you. All depends on what you are looking for. Some people only want the nutrition and no calories while other love the macros and fiber of Ka'Chava. Just depends on your situations and needs. For me, Ka'Chava lines up much better with what I need but AG1 can be a great match as well.
Hi I’m 63 and ordered Ka’Chava 4 bags my first bag had a long piece of blond hair in it. The Chocolate in my opinion is best but still very chalky tasting. I didn’t like Vanilla or Chai. Expensive drinks not to like them. May be Ka’Chava should offer try out bags with just enough to make 2 drinks for less than 15.00 so a person isn’t obligated to buy a whole bag and the inconvenience of sending back the product.
Hi, Good video. I have been using AG or AG1 for nearly a year now and I use it as a smoothy add-on with protein powder collagen, some cordyceps, or reishi mushroom powder. ice and maybe a frozen or two strawberries. I think you may have missed it by just using AG1 with water. Try it and let us know!
I am a snacker :( and have problem with portion control :( This is why I’m looking into meal prep systems, because they are pre-portioned. I’m an excellent cook THATS the real problem! My meals are too delicious to be eating just a little. And maybe adding Kachawa will help with cravings
I fully understand that one! That is my I like intermittent fasting. It eliminates a meal so that is one less chance for me to over eat and my eating window shuts down late night snacking. I have found out that when I have a Ka'Chava around 4:00 (Before Dinner) I am able to control my portion at dinner a lot which really helps me out. Good luck!
You don’t have a portion control problem you have a willpower problem. A foolproof way to make sure you don’t overeat is to count calories. It’s very simple and all you need is a kitchen scale.
I have not tested Maximum Vibrance so only have looked at the website real quick, but looks like it fits right in the middle of what Ka'Chava and AG1 are. A lot of the same type of ingredients with a calorie count in the middle of the two. I can't compare it ingredient by ingredient but from a quick glance that is how it looks.
great video . for me it comes down to texture not taste i really like the taste of both products but the texture in kachava is not for me but you cant go wrong with either thats for sure
I don’t think overdosing is a huge risk personally, but I also think it is overkill. One serving a day with a healthy diet should be more than enough for most people.
Kacha was found to have lead and heavy metals and was sued last. year. none of thee reviewers either 1. bothered to actually do research on the product or 2. bother to bring this up....
thanx, They pimp out manufacturing to a 3rd party, then act like they are selling some super pure superfood, AG agrees with me, and I give to my 89yr old pop. Gary Null , a nutrition guru of some kind poisoned himself with his own product this way, and killed a customer.
Early in the video I'm waiting to see several things but not seeing it (yet). AG1 is (all in one nutrient blast at 33? calories - doesn't break a fast). Ka'Chava is a meal replacement shake at how many calories? How much does each cost? These are front info, not whether AG1 is more watery or Ka'Chava more of a sit and enjoy it thing. Not sure if this gets covered, but specifics on % daily recommendations is also important. Are these mentioned on the product? Do we just have to hope we get everything we need? Are we just going to be asked try lots of stuff and add lots more stuff to it. The last is a non-starter for most people (as it should be).
They are very close when it comes to that. To me, that was not a factor because they are both so nutritionally dense and comparable in that category, it I get your point.
@@Learnwithtravis Yeah, I was just wondering if one has something that the other doesn't. Like I would hazard a guess that AG1 was more focused on greens where as Kachava was more about the supplements. Maybe it still leads to your same conclusion. Thanks for responding
Still can't decide. What I'm looking for is something to replace Breakfast and keep me full until lunch and through the night. I absolutely hate my midnight raids of the fridge. I'm also 380lbs which is extremely unhealthy for a 5'7" American with a mostly sitting & typing job. I've already made other changes to my diet ontop of looking for a healthy supplement to help my energy booster needs. What will help me recover faster as well as I managed to find a way to squeeze a gym membership into my busy schedule. Could it even be possible to use both? Like skip a Ka'chava Breakfast on a gym day and use AG to help me recover after my trainer "kills" me on the treadmill.
So, both could help. AG1 could be that option where you know you have been a little higher on calories that day and need the nutrition but no more calories. Outside of that, Ka'Chava is sounding like a good option for you. Mostly to help with your cravings. I found that when I was ready to go snack crazy, Ka'Chava really helped me feel satisfied and push those cravings to the side. Don't forget to drink a big glass of water as soon as you wake up to begin hydrating. It sets you up for a much better day. I also found not eating anything at least 3 hours before bed to be very helpful personally. Good luck and stick to it! Make it happen Cesar!
@@Learnwithtravis thx for the advice. Your two year 72 bag review vid convinced me to at least try Ka'chava. You can always count on the brutality of a child's review of a new product.
I don’t think mixing them would taste great. My recommendation is to spread them out. On days you calorie intake is high, use AG1. Lower calorie days or meal replacement/snack replacement, use Ka’Chava. This way they last longer and ideally you put some healthy meals around them.
Honest opinion I bought kachava and AG 1 tried it for a few months. What I don't understand I felt much better with a less expensive product called green vibrance organic vegan friendly. I feel their too expensive I can get the same health benefits from green vibrance organic product for only $30 bucks
I like the taste of Ka’Chava. I make it a meal by adding all kinds of stuff: ice, celery, avocado, blueberries, strawberries, kale, spinach, walnuts, pecan halves, etc. Works for me.
Try mixing with ice to make it really cold, that really helps. For Ka'Chava you can mix in a little coconut milk, mineral salt, fruit with blender and other options to mix it up and get the flavor where you want. Hope that helps!
Sounds great to do greens. Plus later in the day Ka'chava...what was the price on the green product. As I never heard of it until this video..thanks!👍💚
Depending on how you order (Use autoship either way) it is around 75 to 80 a month. While having both would be fantastic for you, I would personally order both and pick which one you want depending on the day. Keep some money in your pocket but if you can afford both, that would be a lot of good nutrition coming your way!
Kachava really should be cheaper. I feel like it’s good stuff, but every time I get charged $60, I cringe, look up to the heavens and consider cancelling. It just shouldn’t cost this much to eat healthy. Worst part of being alive, being a person that likes to go to the gym. This stuff is not filling at all, so I drink it as my final meal of the night with a scoop of vanilla protein that gives me actual animal protein and helps fill me up so I can recuperate overnight while I sleep. I’m still on one of their plans and it’s def a love-hate relationship. Something definitely needs to change on this planet with regard to diet being something we need to ‘figure out’. I just want to feel good, perform well in the gym, sleep through the night and feel well rested when I wake up. Can’t believe that’s something I’m longing for as someone who doesn’t do drugs at all, rarely drinks, if ever, and hits the gym regularly. Crazy stuff
I hear ya and this might help with the cost side of it. - th-cam.com/video/CW6hqDExX0k/w-d-xo.html In regardless to feeling better and rested, you may want to consider having this earlier. Studies have shown not consuming calories at least 3 hours before going to bed can really help with quality of sleep. I personally really notice this. Good luck!

If I were to buy 2 and have AG1 for breakfast and kachava for lunch is there a risk of taking in too many nutrients. Vitamins and minerals are vital but overdoing it can be toxic to the body. Will combining the 2 daily introduce this risk?
I wish I had a great answer, but I don't. From my understanding and some Googling, you need to worry about Fat Soluble vitamins and calcium\iron. AG1 already has a large amount of Vitamin E but Ka'Chava does not, so my assumption would be that you could stack these without issue. But probably a safe bet to ask your doctor to be safe.
When you look at the nutritional label, they both have a very large amount of nutrition and take care of a lot of what you need in a day. Personally, I would lean towards having one or the other each day and building really healthy meal choices around them. At the time same, everyone is different and do what is best for you!
You take these to feel better and know you are taking care of yourself long-term. I have been taking these long enough to say I notice multiple benefits. Sugar cravings are more manageable. Energy is more stable and consistent throughout the day. Less fatigue. Mood feels better. I don’t know how else to provide feedback outside of what I notice in or off of these.
If you are dealing with a situation, I would recommend talking to your doctor to be safe. But Ka’Chava could help. It is only 240 calories per serving so it is not super calorie dense. But you could mix in olive oil and boost the calorie content easily. Have some hard boiled eggs or other snack of your choice and you have a higher calorie yet nutrient packed meal.
I have never used it but with a quick look at the ingredients... it seems to have a good selection of quality nutritious ingredients. It does not have a lot of calories fat\protein and does not have much fiber but if you are looking for strictly a nutritious drink, it looks like a solid option.
I have not completely compared the two. I believe you would only need to be concerned with fat soluble vitamins and think you would be okay but ask a doctor to be safe.
I have done that at times and felt fine but I am not 100 percent positive. Probably best to run it by your doctor but I imagine you would be fine having both if you wanted to do that.
Hi. I start my day with AG1 & Mud Wtr (and sometimes a protein drink). I'm looking to lose weight and find a one stop shop, if at all possible. Is Kachava a combo of AG1 + protein + Mud Wtr or am I better off with 3 separate products? TIA!
I would describe Ka'Chava as a combination AG1 and your protein shake. It has a nutrition structure much like AG1 to nourish your body but calorie structure (protein, carbs, and fats) to help your body be satisfied while keeping calories lights. This can help with weight loss because it is great for you but keeps calories low. Ideally you are replacing an unhealthy meal or unhealthy snack with Ka'Chava to help reduce your daily calories. I don't feel like it directly replaces MUD\WTR as it is designed to be a nice warm drink and some of the ingredients don't overlap. But I will say if you are having Ka'Chava, I don't think you need MUD\WTR. That is more if you want a warm healthy drink that has some great ingredients. Sort of an optional item depending on what you want. I will say if you are using a lot of creamer with MUD\WTR that it could make weight loss harder. I hope that helps!
It is funny, because I have had people tell me this was a bad video because Ka’Chava is not a meal replacement. Truth is, Ka’Chava is in the middle ground. It is a light calorie “meal replacement” All depends on how you want to use it. I compared these because I look at them for their main goal of being superfood shakes. Tons of nutrition, tons of ingredients, with some slight differences from there.
I don't think it does, but it also has a lot of nutrition that your body may not be used to. Might take a little while for your body to adapt to it. My only point is, you may want to give it more than one day to see if it helps in the long run.
Kachava has Xanthan Gum, and when you're trying to be healthy why would you want to consume this additive used in processed foods? It also has Flax Seed, which research suggests is not good for men to be ingesting. Neither are found in AG1. On the other hand, AG1 has traces of caffeine, and they use Stevia to help sweeten the taste, which some may not like. Bottomline, all of these super blends have pros and cons and people should read the ingredients a little closer.
Yeah, this is where I struggle because who do you believe? Xanthan gum is in everything and sources say it has benefits as well and is only dangerous in large doses. Not disagreeing with you because with some of these ingredients, I don't think anyone really knows for sure how healthy or unhealthy it is. When it comes to flaxseed, I think the reason it gets a bad wrap is because high doses may reduce testosterone in men. But when you research flaxseed, it has so many benefits and is a great source of Omega 3s which many people badly need. Personally, I the many benefits of flaxseed outweigh the potential of a small decrease in testosterone. But again, this is situational for different people and what they need or how they respond. Overall, I find it hard to say the Ka'Chava ingredient list as a whole is an unhealthy decision but you can definitely pick apart specific ingredients. Hope this does not come across as disagreeing. Just pointing out an alternative viewpoint and how we are still learning about these various ingredients.
Thanks for this video I had both and naturally I just gravitated towards kachava! I alternate day fast so kachava really came in handy on feast days! I also told my sister to get both and see if she just naturally gravitated towards one or the other.
My pleasure and so happy to hear you found what works best for you! That is why I make videos like this. It is not a matter of which one is better but which one is right for you!
I'm very sensitive to traditional protein powders due to my sensitive stomach. I'm on a bulk right now and I'm wondering if Ka'Chava is a better option than other plant based protein powders in general. With the right ingredients I believe this could be a really healthy bulking shake.
I guess it depends on what traditional protein powders were causing problems. If it was whey protein, I could see this potentially being much easier on your stomach. If you go to the website - www.kachava.com/LearnWithTravis and then click ingredients, you can see what their protein is made of. It is a blend of plant based proteins and probably better than a lot of options out there. On top of that, Ka'Chava is not only a protein drink. It has loads of nutrition that most protein shakes are not going to have. So, in short, hard to say because it depends on how your body reacts but it might be worth trying. Hope it helps if you decide to get it!
Thank you, I'm thinking of getting both. Can you have them on an empty stomach? Especially in the morning, can Kachava replace a breakfast, or is that not really what it's intended to do? And what are your thoughts on taking both on the same day? Maybe Kachava in the morning and AG before dinner or vise versa. Thanks again, subbed to help you get to that 100k!
Thank you so much Marwan! They can be taken on an empty stomach. AG1 actually recommends that for optimal uptake! As far as taking same day, there would be benefits to that much nutrition spaced out but I also worry that it might be a little overkill and burn a little too much money. I would probably lean towards one a day for pocket book reasons but mix in one of each here and there when you want a really nutritious day.
I’ve been drinking the chocolate kachava for a couple weeks every morning snd I love it! One question I had related to these multivitamin supplements, I’ve heard you mention new chapter vitamins in some of your videos but don’t see any videos dedicated to them. Do you still take them and how is your stance on the product? I’ve looked into getting them to take on days that I don’t drink the kachava. Thanks for all your input and reviews!
So glad to hear you are enjoying it! I do keep a bottle of new chapter multis around but I don't take them too often. Just like you said, I only have them for days I don't have Ka'Chava or AG1 which is rare, but I am glad I have them when I do. I prefer options where the nutrition comes more from natural sources and not synthetic. This is why I lean towards New Chapter. I have not created a video for them but I do like them and think they are a good option for how you are considering using them! Thanks Brandon!
Just subscribed after watching this video. Thanks so much for putting this together together. I just ordered my first pack of Ka'Chava yesterday based on your taste test video, but AG is something I have looked at several times in the past also. Do you this it's overkill to use both at the same time? I was thinking AG in the morning since I don't normally eat breakfast anyway, and then Ka'Chava as a lunchtime meal replacement because weight loss is my main goal. Thanks again for the great video!
Welcome aboard and my pleasure! Would you get benefits from doing this? Yes. Your body can only uptake so much nutrition at one point so you would have two different times to nourish your body. Is it worth the cost? I am not so sure here. Ka'Chava and AG1 are very close in what they provide. So taking either one is going to really nourish your body. Taking a second dose is helpful, but considering the first dose probably already covered most of your needs, I worry that a second is not worth the cost. Personally, I would have both to match my needs that day (Quick drink or more calories) but only take one a day. Hope that helps! Maybe sneak in both on the same day here and there... 😃
Can't say I agree with that. I would not consider these a juice and protein shake at all. Both of these products primary objective is to be nutritional powerhouses. They have differences after that but they are more alike than not alike.
What I'ma be doing with this is trying to replace meals that I don't eat. Only once a day so I want something to help me increase my intake of daily nutrition. Would these work well together?
Ka'Chava is a great option but it does have 240 calories per serving. If your goal is to add nutrition without calories, I would go with AG1. Another great way to get a lot of nutrition.
@@Learnwithtravis naw i want to gain waight. I only eat once a day and somedays i dont eat at all. I really think from what ive heard im going to go with a mix of huel, Ag1 and kachava.
Hello, just subscribed today. Love your content!! What would you recommend for someone who bloats alot? In the morning my stomach is almost flat but by the night I look 6 months pregnant, does any of these products help with bloating? Or if you know of any other product that does and is vegan friendly please let me know. In desperate need of help!! TIA 😊 🙏
Thank you so much Sofee! One of my first recommendations is not a product at all but doing an elimination diet. Most likely, your body does not like something that is part of your daily diet. So taking turns eliminating something for a week and seeing how your body responds can help a lot. Consider removing things like dairy, gluten, high sugar foods, or anything you think might be part of it. I did this and it helped me a lot as I learned dairy and caffeine are my enemies. I have been trying to fix my dairy sensitivity for a very long time, and I am actually handling it better than ever. The two things I am taking is a probiotic called "Seed" and the d3+k2 drops that come with AG1. You have to take it for a while but after a few months I am noticing real improvements. Outside of that, if you want to try food options, I think I would lean to AG1 and intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting because reducing your eating window and how much time your body spends digesting can help a lot. AG1 because it is has less of the elements that may be triggering your symptoms. I am by no means a doctor and by all means reach out to the proper channels, but from my experience... these are options I would consider. Hope that helps!
Yeah, bit of a bummer that you need two bags to get through a month but also nice that you have the flexibility to pay for smaller amounts (compared to what a 30 serving bag would cost).
Yes, if you are adding it to your diet without making changes. The thing about Ka'Chava is you can use it to replace a meal if you want to. So if you do that, you can factor in the cost savings of meals replaced.
Seriously don't buy Ag1 until you have a good talk to a professional dietitian, it has 400% vitamin C and that's absorbing all nutrition, I found out I had the 'celt gen called Hemochromatosis, I was told to immediately stop taking it along with huel, as huel has to much Iron and the Ag1 was absorbing the iron at 400% more than what my body was, my specialist said if I'd kept taking both I'd very most likely had some form of organ failure, so be very careful, check your health, then make sure it will be vital for health at 100$ a month.
I put AG1 in a big blender. It was like drinking 2 cups of it. My whole body caught the chills❄️❄️❄️❄️. Ka'Chava 🤎🟤🟫🧊🧋 is food. Ag1 is way different 🍏🥥
Honestly, I don't have any sludge left over. Maybe I mix a little less in... but I am guessing it is because is tend to shake or swirl it real quick in a shaker cup before each drink. This keeps it mixed up so nothing settles and is left at the end. So, I would try that because that is a lot of the nutrition you paid for and you want to consume it.
I would say the pro for Ka’Chava and AG1 is more ingredients are involved so you getting more variety. But you are using super healthy ingredients so it is extremely healthy. Like you said, more affordable too! Both awesome options in my opinion!
Sorry you feel that way. I very much like both but they fit different needs depending on what people are looking for. Either one could be perfect for you depending on what you are looking for. I hope the video helps people figure that out and I personally do not care which one it is.
These 2 Should not even be compared! KA'CHAVA is a Meal Replacement Powder. It is the Liquid equivalent of a Meal that you drink as opposed to Eat. AG1 Greens is a "supplemental" powder that is meant to be an "Addition" to your Nutritional Diet...and isn't meant to replace one of your Meals during the day. It's basically a healthy booster to add to your Daily Meal plan. And it should not be used as a "Meal in a Glass" for it lacks the elements that KA'chava has to cover all your Daily Health needs!
I get your point, but to give you perspective... people have yelled at me for calling Ka'Chava a meal replacement many times over. "No one can live on 240 calories a meal!". That is why I compare these as nutritional powerhouse options. Obviously they have differences and that is part of what this video helps people to learn. But getting completely conflicting comments shows I can't make everyone happy.
How are they completely different products? They both have the same base purpose. To provide a high amount of nourishment through a drink easy to mix up. There are differences, but they are more alike than different.
I got into that somewhat in the individual reviews. This one was more about the experience so people could identify which might be a better match for them as they both are very close ingredients-wise. The other problem is these things have soooooo many ingredients that you can't really break it down because the video would be 2 hours. The short of it is they both have a lot of whole food natural ingredients that you would normally not get in a daily diet. Hope that helps!

Glad you know what works for you! They are both great options!

Yeah, a taste testing kit that has all flavors so you know but at an inexpensive cost would be nice!
BEST REVIEW 👌🏽 Straight to the point.....

Thanks for subbing! Working hard and still want to reach that goal!
Good point! I had not thought of trying my own mixes. Will have to give it a shot!
Good Job Brian. Good advert.

Good luck!
Do you need a portion control partners? Cause a lot of us cannot cook for shit
You don’t have a portion control problem you have a willpower problem. A foolproof way to make sure you don’t overeat is to count calories. It’s very simple and all you need is a kitchen scale.
Break habits is how you can gain control.
Me too 🤣
how do these compare with maximum vibrance?
I have not tested Maximum Vibrance so only have looked at the website real quick, but looks like it fits right in the middle of what Ka'Chava and AG1 are. A lot of the same type of ingredients with a calorie count in the middle of the two. I can't compare it ingredient by ingredient but from a quick glance that is how it looks.
@@Learnwithtravis i firmly believe that maximum vibrance is the best of the bunch. please test
Are they any type of energy boosters these drinks
Well, they are sort of that way on their own but in a healthy way. I guess it depends on what you are looking for.
Love your content. Subbed.
Thank you so much Jimmy! Welcome!
But which one would you drink for taste everyday ?
Ka’Chava
great video . for me it comes down to texture not taste i really like the taste of both products but the texture in kachava is not for me but you cant go wrong with either thats for sure
Thank you so much and great feedback!
Ka'Chava I have used for a wile I like better then huel its easier on stomach. AG1 is good also
Good to hear! I have really enjoyed both. I tried Huel and it has some pros and cons.
Just got a bag of 30 servings for 30 bucks brand new sealed with another year and a half till expiration date
Do you recommend drinking both the same day or will that risk overdosing on vitamins
I don’t think overdosing is a huge risk personally, but I also think it is overkill. One serving a day with a healthy diet should be more than enough for most people.
@@Learnwithtravis alright I'll stick with one serving of both
Kacha was found to have lead and heavy metals and was sued last. year. none of thee reviewers either 1. bothered to actually do research on the product or 2. bother to bring this up....
Heard that a while back, Important point, Greens has reputable phd's, scientists etc.... endorsed, kachava? bad rep. cheaper, etc...
Woah wtf? Have they changed that?
thanx, They pimp out manufacturing to a 3rd party, then act like they are selling some super pure superfood, AG agrees with me, and I give to my 89yr old pop. Gary Null , a nutrition guru of some kind poisoned himself with his own product this way, and killed a customer.
@@timpenfield5 holy shit wthhhh
Do you have a link to your claim? I've searched and couldn't find any information. Thanks
Do you shake up Ka'Chava like AG1 or do I have to use a mixer?
A shaker cup gets the job done great but you do need it.
I mean, the main thing I wanted to know was which one is the most nutritionally beneficial.
Been using both for the last two years and Tonal since August last year.
Living that healthy life!
Let's get this man to 100k subs!
Thank you!!!
So very true and glad it helped out. Hope it works for you!
@@Learnwithtravis Hi I just got both. Can I use both daily? Or is it one or the other? Could I add the greens to my Ka Chava smoothie?
I don’t think mixing them would taste great. My recommendation is to spread them out. On days you calorie intake is high, use AG1. Lower calorie days or meal replacement/snack replacement, use Ka’Chava. This way they last longer and ideally you put some healthy meals around them.
YOUR 3 LITTLE ADORABLE TASTE TASTERS! :)
They are awesome kids!
Honest opinion I bought kachava and AG 1 tried it for a few months. What I don't understand I felt much better with a less expensive product called green vibrance organic vegan friendly. I feel their too expensive I can get the same health benefits from green vibrance organic product for only $30 bucks
Nothing wrong with that and glad you found something that works for you! I might have to check that product out!
15 servings for $30
coconut acai is REALLY good.
Nice! Glad you like it!
Thanks for the vid
You're welcome!
I love both!!! I use both of them
So good!
I like the taste of Ka’Chava. I make it a meal by adding all kinds of stuff: ice, celery, avocado, blueberries, strawberries, kale, spinach, walnuts, pecan halves, etc. Works for me.
Glad to hear. It is fun to experiment with different ways of making it.
Gosh I wish I liked the taste of these. I bought both recently & they just sit in my cabinet cause I don’t like the taste 😫
Thank for your videos. they are very helpful. do you have any thought about plexus? or plexus compared to athletic greens?
Glad to help! I have not tried Plexus but was thinking about trying some new options and doing a roundup video.
This goes great with my morning cigarettes!

@@Learnwithtravis lol
- th-cam.com/video/CW6hqDExX0k/w-d-xo.html
In regardless to feeling better and rested, you may want to consider having this earlier. Studies have shown not consuming calories at least 3 hours before going to bed can really help with quality of sleep. I personally really notice this. Good luck!

Thank you so much Michael! It really means a lot and I will keep the content coming! 😀 As far as those Lions go... Southern Michigan here but loving heading north!
Travis, I use them both every day. Is that overkill? Thanks!
When you look at the nutritional label, they both have a very large amount of nutrition and take care of a lot of what you need in a day. Personally, I would lean towards having one or the other each day and building really healthy meal choices around them. At the time same, everyone is different and do what is best for you!
PMy problem with this stuff is there a blend you don't know what is inside so why I'm paying for
They list the ingredients in pretty good depth if you check out the website.
But how do you know which or one is actually of any benefit? Its just totally sujective! I mean,, I think its working! How do you know that??
You take these to feel better and know you are taking care of yourself long-term. I have been taking these long enough to say I notice multiple benefits. Sugar cravings are more manageable. Energy is more stable and consistent throughout the day. Less fatigue. Mood feels better. I don’t know how else to provide feedback outside of what I notice in or off of these.
Ka'chava tastes better to me when it's frozen. So I would encourage others to try that.
Colder the better!
Will Kachava help with weight gain? With my health situation it would be nice to put on some weight while also getting the nutrients.
@LearnWithTravis , Hey Travis , what do you think about Orgain Organic Superfoods, that is sold at Cosco?
I have never used it but with a quick look at the ingredients... it seems to have a good selection of quality nutritious ingredients. It does not have a lot of calories fat\protein and does not have much fiber but if you are looking for strictly a nutritious drink, it looks like a solid option.
Is it not a good idea to drink both on same day will I be overdoing it on the vitamins
I have not completely compared the two. I believe you would only need to be concerned with fat soluble vitamins and think you would be okay but ask a doctor to be safe.
Hooow about we just... combine them and bam double the power
Nutrition overload! I like it but that taste might be a little rough! 😂

I have done that at times and felt fine but I am not 100 percent positive. Probably best to run it by your doctor but I imagine you would be fine having both if you wanted to do that.

That moment your daughter has at 4:00 when you are filling the glasses!! Haha :D
Haha! And when her brother tried to take her "fuller" glass and she was not having it. Not joking when I say they love Ka'Chava! 😂
You have a Lions Hat! Detroit Lions baby!!
I am feeling good about next year!!!
Why would you make a meal replacement vs greens supplement comparison? These are two completely different products in different categories.
@@Learnwithtravis Fair enough... I do take both.
I've always wanted to surf, and the Kachava commercial shows people surfing and smiling. How about AG1?
I think we're more interested in the ingredients
Not just some person's opinion.
I just tried AG1. I feel a crash an hour or two after. Like it has some sort of stimulant. I don’t like it. I don’t need a mid morning crash
Ka Chava also has a Matcha tea😊
Sure does! Have came out with a quite a few flavors lately.
I'm just wondering what amount of calcium is in there
I pulled up one flavor and it said 600 mg or 60% dv. I have a link in the description and they have all flavors posted. 😀
Wish someone would send these off to be tested for authenticity. Do they really have what they say?
I do agree. Would be really neat to know. Not even sure how to go about that and imagine it is ways out of my measly TH-cam budget.
@@Learnwithtravis sadly it probably is terribly expensive.
Yeah, I imagine it is.
Why dont you just drink beer instead?

Welcome and thank you!!!
Can I get these two in Canada?
I think so but honestly not sure as I have never tried.
Ag1 you can get in canada but for better cost you could just buy genuine healths greens plus.
Thank you!
My pleasure!
One is a juice one is a protein shake I don’t really understand the comparison I could understand if you were comparing two green juices
Can't say I agree with that. I would not consider these a juice and protein shake at all. Both of these products primary objective is to be nutritional powerhouses. They have differences after that but they are more alike than not alike.
Markus Products and Garden of Life products
Awesome! Thank you!
I’m surprised you didn’t compare on sugar content.
Will try to remember for future videos

I would choose based on flavor. Nothing beats chocolate.
That’s usually how I am too.
I did not realize ka chava was only 15 servings 😬
Yeah, bit of a bummer that you need two bags to get through a month but also nice that you have the flexibility to pay for smaller amounts (compared to what a 30 serving bag would cost).
@@Learnwithtravis So correct my if i'm wrong... AG1 ends up being cheaper per serving? I suppose I'll end up trying both in the end.
Yes, if you are adding it to your diet without making changes. The thing about Ka'Chava is you can use it to replace a meal if you want to. So if you do that, you can factor in the cost savings of meals replaced.
@@Learnwithtravis thank you. I ended up going with ka chava coconut acai. Any other flavors you would recommend?
It really depends on what you like as they are all good, but I really like the chocolate. th-cam.com/video/16lSd3yffSo/w-d-xo.html
I've been using AG1 for 3 months now. Love the taste but hate the sludge at the bottom of the glass. Do you drink that or not?
Honestly, I don't have any sludge left over. Maybe I mix a little less in... but I am guessing it is because is tend to shake or swirl it real quick in a shaker cup before each drink. This keeps it mixed up so nothing settles and is left at the end. So, I would try that because that is a lot of the nutrition you paid for and you want to consume it.
Can't afford its to expensive,😒. 70 dollars a bag hhmm kind of expensive.
Try replacing a meal that you would probably spend more for anyways. Could actually come out ahead.
I take it with monatomic gold. M.i.b.s just came by. Told me to cease!.
Apples to oranges
In some ways yes, in others no.
I use spirulina and matcha powder as my green powder in a smoothie with avocado and almond milk. It's just plain cheaper and I think, more nutritious.
I would say the pro for Ka’Chava and AG1 is more ingredients are involved so you getting more variety. But you are using super healthy ingredients so it is extremely healthy. Like you said, more affordable too! Both awesome options in my opinion!
This video sounds a lot more like a soft kachava ad
Sorry you feel that way. I very much like both but they fit different needs depending on what people are looking for. Either one could be perfect for you depending on what you are looking for. I hope the video helps people figure that out and I personally do not care which one it is.
Ka chava has added sugar. Deal killer for me.
So what. Sugar isn't that bad. Just don't have alot of sugar like some kid in a candy store
"... based on how your day has went.."??? What!!!???
Not a good comparison. Totally different products
How are they completely different products? They both have the same base purpose. To provide a high amount of nourishment through a drink easy to mix up. There are differences, but they are more alike than different.
These are apples to oranges.
In some ways yes, in others no.
Unless I missed something…I don’t think you talked
About the actual ingredients I’m both :(
I got into that somewhat in the individual reviews.
