@@buckeyegeography2011 I suppose, I live 2 blocks from the cathedral and wouldn't imagine it now lol. Never seen it back then but gonna ask some long time locals now that I'm curious.
This is not a great movie by any means, Taylor Nichols keeps stumbling on his lines, it's not a breathtaking story and the conversations can be a bit obtuse (I think that's the correct word). However, I don't care, I love this movie. It's one of the cosiest movies that I know of and I can lose myself in it whenever. The music that plays in this scene helps alot.
What I find funny about us men is that neither of the men in the scene are extremely good looking. Yet, they're convinced that they need an extremely good looking woman to be happy. And somehow she'll overlook the fact that they're not extremely good looking and love them for their character and personality. What actually happens is they end up with someone who loves them for their wealth and success. Eventually, they become aware of the shallowness of their relationship and divorce. Then they complain about women being golddiggers.
Did you even watch the movie. Ted EXPLICITLY states he wants to free love and romance from the chains of physical attraction. Do you have no comprehension skills?
@@michaelsieger9133 He said, "I resolve to only go out with plain or even homely girls." There is a clear implication that it's something beneath him. It would be a lot more sincere if he vowed to find a woman of substance regardless of her appearance. Imagine if your girlfriend told you that her policy was to never date attractive men! lol
Are they as good looking as me. No of course not but Taylor is 90th percentile in looks and eigelman has a look that cleans up with certain kind of chicks.
the music is soo good
"What are they for? Soviet troops racing across Europe eating all the croissants?"
"They're *against* OTAN?"
Thanks for posting!
Wonder why they didn't feature more of the Gaudi sites in the film ...
How are they driving past the cathedral, it's in a plaza with no streets for cars lol.

I agree with everything you say but, one thing, it is a great movie. A truly wonderful film
I think his stumbling seems natural, like how people actually talk.

Sorry, not to be argumentative, of course you saw the film. But the ending, they find happiness!

It's a stuffy old car inside which a man is narrating the sights in the most boring way imaginable.
