If you've ever considered riding a mountain for the first time, Beinn A Bhuird might be one of the best options for you. It's a big distance to get there either way, but it's relatively easy to climb and descend once you're there.
Obviously make sure you have the appropriate spares, first aid kit etc with you though.

Great video, as are all of them, I really like the look of this, I have just started doing munros on my e bike and have done 3 in 2 days, Ben Chonzie, Carn bar mor and Sgor Gaoith, the uphill on your route on the video looks pleasing to ride compared to going up carn bar mor today and in fact coming down also.. it was very loose and lots of water bars.. still enjoyed it, but the view at the top was probably the best bit.. so hopefully the weather will stay settled and I will give this route a go..cheers

Great drone footage, especially the rise out of the scotspines showing climb ahead and the cliffs.
Did carn a m’haim and Macdui last weekend and the awesome descent via loch etechan, becoming an annual ride once I forget the brutal 1000m hike a bike climb.
Need to do that Beinn a’bhuird descent again, your footage reminds me how good it is, rode up it in June then onto ben Avon and back to corgarff, an epic 60 km loop.

Brilliant route and great shots with the drone. Epic decent. Got two puctures myself on that exact same section when I did it a couple of years ago - only go tubeless now! Had the same weather at the top as well.
Easy to puncture in the Scottish mountains mate. Tubeless all the way!
Awesome as always! The new drone seems a lot quieter, I never heard it buzzing around. That alone might make up the slightly worse tracking capabilities I think!

The woodlands around Mar Lodge are some of the most beautiful of anywhere in Scotland - just so perfectly natural! If your ever back at Mar Lodge, see if you can find one of the groundsmen to show you their hall/lodge room - It has over 2,400 deer & stagg antlers mounted to the walls and ceiling. Its very very impressive.

I remember the land rover track back in about '86. Cycled from the Scottish Youth Hostel at Inverey up and back again. No suspension, no electrickery! Ya wuss 😉

You’ve done this recently Andrew. Last year? I’ve walked in and wild camped in this area before doing BAB and Beinn Avon. It didn’t clag in for me on the plateau. Amazing place. Would be hard work not on an e-bike! 🤣🤣

I’m not overly sure now. Both are quite big days, so you might as well get some variety by doing the loop.
