I'm so honored to have a 2003 alvarez Kazuo yairi dy - 94! the best guitar I've ever owned and also the guitar that was made for me! it also has the signature of the late great Kazuo yairi on the neck block! so blessed!
Over the past 25 years I have unintentionally became a Yari guitar collector I have several of these beautiful guitars they are great guitar thanks for posting this video
For the price they are sold for it is unbeleivable the level of quality and workmanship that goes in to a Yairi guitar. You can pay 2 or 3 times more for another brand but you won't buy any better then a Yairi. They are a true elite professional level guitar and a work of art themselves.

Incredible to see this truly hand built process for these beautiful guitars. I'm dying to try out a Yairi, haven't had the chance yet. I have to say I was a bit surprised to see that fellow spraying guitars without any protection for his mouth and nose, but perhaps what he's using is safe to inhale.
I have a Yairi from 1997, the 6020c with the beautifull cutaway, if thy have To build this guitar in 2023…. It wil cost 3000 euro’s , this is beautifull craftmanship By K Yairi.
I believe mine came with 12's. Bought so many years ago - $350 new at a family owned music shop in a Morristown, NJ strip mall (can't recall name) - they're gone now.
Just to hold an instrument and know all the hard work and passion that went into the guitar.Just amazing.

@@FlowtnWitWalden ended up putting addarios EXP 12s on.. great sounding strings made a huge difference
