You Sir are a legend. Schools and hospitals will be named after you. I have exactly this head unit and didn't realise it only had capacity for three devices. I was able to clear the memory before you video had finished.
Many thanks

OMG ! Yes it’s exactly my problem , thanks I can clear the Bluetooth memory. Damn I sold car audio for more than 10 years and knew you can’t watch video while driving but didn’t put 2&2 together. Just need to get mine out...lol
Happy to help! :)
Thank you so much man. I just ground my green wire to the back of the radio, and Bluetooth radio works perfect now
So happy to hear you had good results. I’m always happy to help!
Mine burnt out
Thank you so much for helping me!!!
You are welcome! Glad to help.
Hey Bubba. Thank for tip on fixing the bluetooth connect, i can tell you a mechanic wouldn't have grounded the green wire, with that said i like your way, i just dont like people deciding whats good for me, by them control it, i don't need people to control things for me, which in essence, is a radio governor. I subscribe to your channel. You also didn't explain why, which is, if you cant figure it out, oh well. I like your basic common sense approach. I know it was a drmocrate that wanted to use the parking brake, because democrate harvest control, and they know whats good for everyone.
Thanks for watching and I am glad that this helped. I can agree with your mindset.
Thank you really helped and worked
Aye thanks so much man lol. I was able to bypass and memory clear by just stripping tge wire with my teeth and holding against some metal.
Awesome man thank you thank you great video
Good video, big help. I have the AVH-120BT and it was installed with the brake wire disconnected, causing my issues.

Thank you! When I had this unit installed I made sure to include a switch so that I can watch DVDs while the cars in Drive. All I had to do was flip the override switch and the bluetooth icon reappeared! I forgot all about my override switch!
You helped my figure out why I couldnt pair to my phone, someone else installed a killswitch for the unit on my car, pretty dope that it is there though
@@hithereperson8137 your welcome!
@@derekbenjamin8143 what car was it that you drove man?
Thanks man worked
This worked perfectly. I installed mine 8 years ago, all the sudden Bluetooth stopped working. Found out that the parking brake wire somehow got cut under the dash. I shortened the wire, grounded it in the same spot you did and now its back to normal.
Bro !! Thank you so much
Man you saved everyone’s life with this video 🤣
Excellent news! I am glad to be able to help!
I just had to switch off safe mode and it worked for me... thanks 🙏🏾

Thanks for the video. It fixed my problem on a 4200 model and was also the light green wire. 👍
Excellent news!
When doing the vent part, you can just pry the vents out it takes 2 seconds. Makes life easier trying to pull those tabs down. Then pop em back in when your done.
My dude 🤘 thank you !!!
You're welcome!
Thanks for posting this. Parking brake wire is not hooked up on mine
Awesome! Happy to help!
THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊
You're welcome 😊
You the real mvp, appreciate ya
Thanks for watching
Here is how I resolved the issue: 1. Go into "Bluetooth" settings (on the radio). 2. Navigate to "Connections". This will show a list of paired devices. It may be likely that you have some paired devices that are no longer needed. In this case, just delete (click on the trash can) unused paired items. Bam!!! That's it. Now this may not work in all cases, but it work in my case.
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Before you pull it all apart try putting on your parking break. I have the 2400nex model and my Bluetooth was locked once I put on the parking brake it turned from grey to white and let me reset it.
This worked for me!!! I really didn't want to take everything apart because I was scared of not putting it back right. Thank you so much! Reading the comments really pays off
Thanks Bubba!!!!
Thank you so much.
You're welcome!
THANK YOU !!!
Happy to help!
That really help me out
Glad to help!
Thank you SO SO SO much! All I had to do was engage the parking brake and I could clear the memory! What a lifesaver! You ROCK!
You’re welcome! Happy to help.

Thank you brother

I have an mvh pioneer stereo in a 03 Honda pilot . only videos I can find to remove old Bluetooth devices is for the avh . any suggestions Bubba?
Thank you
Hi Thanks for this but one of the other comments solved it for me. I just switched off safe mode in the menu.
I hope this works ! I was gonna just buy another radio but I really don't want to. I bought a new phone so it won't let me connect it because there is to many on there already. I know this video is probably old but i need help! My question is is that green wire is already in there ? I took it out and disconnected everything hoping it would reset but that didn't work. So I'm gonna try this today after work. My radio is the mvh 210ex do u think it will work the same ? ?
Best video thanks bro
