Good trial, the onion part was the only part that fully right the rest was 50% correct, 1 biriani spices ni zile hupika pilau all 5 types not any garam or paprika.! the meat has to be marinate with the spices for hours or overnight before cooking on low fire!, 2,you did not grind garlic, ginger and lemon into the sauce NOT ONIONS AND TOMATOES plz, the meat should be a golden glow before the yogurt is added!Plus raw pawpaw grinded and added before the yogurt !Lastly after the yogurt has boiled and blended u can add blended tomatoes or tomatoe paste and boiled eggs as an extra.TAFUTA WASWAHILI BWANA they will polish ur short comings but it was a very good trial, keep it up and do not be offended ukichambuliwa kidogo
I think she should have boiled the kuku kiasi before adding the sauce and also the water on rice was a lot ...to make it one one soak it for 20 mins before boiling ..the food color wasn't enough but over roll it looked ok..

The rice is not moja moja as it should be. Why the water has to boil before putting the rice is that the rice does not soak water before it starts cooking ndio it comes out single single grain. Also try marinating the chicken first and add a little more tomatoes with the yogurt. Little more secret, add paw paw u will love it. Otherwise it good.
