Nice
Thanks chef
Which natural herbs? Where can I get them from?
Can a dry marinade apply on white meat
Hello chef do we use both dry and wet marinate at the same time? And when grilling do you use the hook to hang the chicken in the oven or place it in the oven with a baking tin? Kindly help a first timer
Hi use either wet or dry only never both. You can use either the hook or place on the tray but it’s better if you can use the hook
Thanks Chef

Thank Chef for Mandazi recipe... i did cooked it for my family yesterday....aki my son could stop eating hata alikataa dinner
I Shawn i cooked too, i spiced mine with lemon zest. It was amazing, now i can alternate Mahamri and mandazi.
@@waitherakonstantinos2271 wow, i will try too add lemon next time
What quantity of marinade should i use for example in 10 kg beef meat?
If the amount of herbs and spices is specified and also the amount of meat used, then your knowledge of math should come in handy.
Safi!
thanks
😋
Thank you Chef Raphael! Question: for how long should I use the wet marinade on beef, 2 hrs? overnight? would appreciate some guidance... It's awesome to see a Kenyan show their cooking talent! :)
The longer you leave it the slightly better it gets but you can also apply and cook immediately. Marinades are mostly on the surface and add flavour. The acid in lemon juice or vinegar will tenderise the meat
