You saved my quality of life and soul. Debilitating period pains left me unable to study or work. No hope. The part where you discuss how the abusive family system manifests across society is so poignant and important. It reminds me of the concept, paraphrased from Hermetic texts: 'As above, so below.' As an adult survivor of Complex PTSD, it’s jarring to see how the abusive family system replicates itself in all areas of relational human systems. You mention workplaces and the abusive family system is most evident here. Think of how the abused child who depends on their family for survival, is forced to endure in silence out of necessity-disembodied from the somatic cognitive dissonance of being told they are loved by their bullies. Society positions the family as a child's protector, yet it often becomes their first source of harm. In the workplace, a similar pattern unfolds: Employers claim to care about workers and value their contributions, yet many workers are exploited, underpaid, and subjected to bullying or mobbing for failing to conform. Like the abused child, workers feel trapped, compelled to stay for survival-gaslit and left feeling disembodied once again. As you mention, this is evident in facets of life-religious institutions, schools, politics and even interpersonal relationships. In all this, there is a deeper societal reality: we are born into a world where we are expected to silence our authentic selves, dissociate from our humanity/nature/our animal friends, and pay to exist. If we truly want to heal the world, we must start by prioritizing the liberation and well-being of children. I often say, if one wants to understand society, one should look inward at one's family system-sk much is revealed there about how we relate to each other and power dynamics.
The dynamic is recognized in psychology as the trauma bond. Really most psychologists don't understand it to identify it. Maybe it's because they suffer it as well so they can't get their heads around it? I don't know. Just wondering from experiencing how so called intelligent, educated people are blind to it. Trauma bond is nearly impossible to break once it's been established.
Watching this two days after getting fired from my high paying tech job after two years of discrimination and retaliation. Got put on a PIP after coming out as trans. Feeling incredibly lost and disillusioned. Terrified for my future. Thank you for your wisdom Goobie.
I'm so sorry you experienced this. What they did is a crime. Pls be kind and gentle with yourself and I know it doesn't seem like it now, but you will survive this. Give yourself space to rest and process. I don't know if you've had time to speak to a lawyer but if you have documentation, I would encourage (once you've rested and had time to process) to file a wrongful termination claim.
Can I say it’s the price for NOT playing along any longer. You have to seize your VICTORY! The disillusion is from you BEING something you were NOT! Not everyone is programmed to handle abrupt changes! I am not being sarcastic at all! It’s a shift in YOU and not everyone is jumping on board with you! Don’t be the victim when you’re setting yourself FREE from your shackles! Be the VICTOR!
His son on the Grayzone is equally remarkable. Even before this their open dialogues together discussing personal conflicts between father and son offers growth and learning opportunities for themselves and others.
The more we see more people embodying and then creating the kind of world they want to live in verses the kind of world the power addicts at the top of the hierarchy have brainwashed everyone into creating for their self serving purposes, only then will we start to see our outer world reflect that change in our inner world. It always begins within us. Your videos are helping a lot of people to see the light through all of the darkness we were born into. Thank you for sharing all of this with us. Sending lots of love to everyone reading this. Allow your inner light to shine bright through the darkness. The darkness cannot survive the light. ❤
This is possibly my most favourite video of yours that I've seen to date (I've watched a fair few 😊). There are so many things for me to mull over. My favourite take away is expressing 'I am concerned!'. I love you taking time to talk with care and consideration about complex topics. It's very apparent that you have an abundance of knowledge and ideas going on in that amazing mind of yours. Thanks Goobie ❤
I studied pharmacy knowing that I was going to contribute to the well-being of humanity, after school I joined a pharmaceutical compony that initially seemed to be holding on to ethical principles, 2 years down the road, everything changed. every week I was reminded about making money, about how I spent a lot of time explaining how clients should use the drugs, about how we have to hit the target. I developed an eating disorder and gained a lot of weight, started feeling so tired all the time. it was the worst experience I had to quit to save me.
What a day to see this video! I’ve been struggling badly with the societal and psychological aftermath of domestic narcissistic abuse this year, and the difficulty of trying to understand how a person can even be capable of such dishonesty and lack of empathy. This video was so validating and humanizing and I’m so grateful for your perspective and beautiful ability to articulate it.
This is the best explanation of narcissistic abuse I have viewed to this day, everyone needs to be aware of this type of abuse to avoid it, thank you so much for the excellent video!
I'm learning about Nordic society and traditions. They seem to have a much better way of life. Equality is important to the people there. I want to be more like them. I love you, Goobie.
A fish knows not water. That which we don't see is very complex and cognitively difficult to conceptualize, unless we have the life experience and indeed repetitive personal observations to see how these patterns do exist. The insidiousness of how poison can be invisible. No different than carbon monoxide poisoning....or even canaries in a coal mine right? Ideas, emotions, feelings, and behavior...the other dimension of reality what often in our past generations were dismissed right? It can be very disillusioning and disorienting. And overwhelming. The recurrent cognitive dissonance yup is cumulative and tough to recover from. Appreciate the airing out of these complex ideas in conversations that are intentioned with finding understanding, clarity, and universal reconciliation...and ultimately peace. It good for the grounding of wellbeing to anchor ourselves with a fellow being of equal value.
Speaking solely for myself, no matter the complicated relationship with our parents, the only thing that remains at the very end is love. We are on this earth for a short time, and our time together should be treasured as much as possible before it is too late. No regrets, no remorse. I wish you peace and love Goobie.
I call it the cuckoo for cocoa puffs paradigm. It depends on trauma to function properly! It's wonderful to hear you speak that which I have been teaching my children and others. There are many of us who are waking up and exiting out of generational trauma. We do not need to uphold a culture that causes us harm. Thank you for sharing your insight and wisdom. You are highly valued and appreciated!
This is a world of hurt, not just by the powerful but between family members, peers and strangers. Be aware. All beings have two sides and anything in between. Self awareness of this will benefit oneself psychologically.
Amazing talk!!🙏❤️Thank you. 🙏 Everything you said is absolutely true. 👌I lived through this and authenticity, I agree is so important. Our heart will tell the truth even when you hear people saying things, but you know if that is not true. Just want you to believe in that, so they can continue with their agenda and evil. I was sick for a long time not knowing why, even though lived a healthy life not knowing that my gut having all the stress and evil made my body ill. What you explained is absolutely true. I removed myself from that situation, after listening to your first video, packed up my office, having a high position, not knowing what will happen next. Well, what happened next exactly what you have explained in your dot points, realising that I am the only one who can validate who I am, and what I am capable of instead of working in a toxic environment with jealous, evil gossipers who created a group /pack mentality, so instead of solving problems they loved to see the problem escalating because as you explained “the fire” 🔥 mentally-loved it-, so instead of one step, short and easy fix, things created additional unnecessary, time consuming work. I am starting in a new position. Had a conversation with all new people involved. Set clear expectations, boundaries and consequences. Following your suggestions let’s see what the future holds with God’s help for me and also for my family and dog. Your videos are great, also Dr Gabor Mate is fantastic. Trauma is one of the field I have to deal with daily and like you said we need to learn and love ourselves is so important, we are all in working progress in this world. Loving and being equal no matter what is key to how we live our life with dignity and being empathetic to others. Thank you so much Doctor for your time to explain things in your video, it is extremely helpful and educational. God bless.🙏❤️
The main point is to this story that I haven’t been sick since I left!!! 2. Not just well but all the issues I have been dealing with healing. Amazing! 🙏🥰
Very interesting topic. As within so without.. I recently left a mid level management position in business. One of the reasons was this, there was a constant competition and need to put profitability first, and that led to constant judgement and manipulation of the people running the business to “push” them to produce more. I heard things like “divide and conquer” or “change the person or change the person” and I bought into the need to compete and be better. Unfortunately I really started to believe I was making myself and others better. Now I know it was abuse. Healthy people would always leave to not subject themselves to the abuse but we painted it as they were simply “non performers” ie they didn’t buy the manipulation. In order to operate that way I had to divide myself too as you mentioned. And it’s horrifying. I was suffering so much and just ignored it and developed coping mechanisms which pushed me to the edge, luckily that led to me waking up and choosing to forgive myself, heal and love. I’d really like to believe that abusive people in positions of power can come to see themselves, but I also wonder how much of it is the systems we create that require these positions to operate. Chicken or egg type deal. Either way it seems to me that we chose this one way or another, and that’s ultimately the hardest thing to accept. Anyway, thanks for talking about this, I believe it’s very important work ✌
The fire alarm went off at work. Ran out to the designated safe spot. Waited. After about 3-4 minutes someone came out and told me it was a false alarm. Entering the building encountered ridicule for running and being the only one who went to the designated area. The business had gas tanks in the building. Was not affected by their reaction. 😊 Hoping the next time no one would wait to see if it was a false alarm.
@@blanketeyblank5309 Nice! That speaks on what he mentioned about group-think. Courage is a lot subtler than I realized.. but it’s so important. Doing the right thing can seem wrong when the group is running off the cliff together. I hope you don’t have to find out
Dear Dr. Goobie, this is a profound and philosophical video. I learned today that i should see others and myself having equal SOULS. This includes the animals and environment. This somewhat reflects Buddhism. No one is perfect so we should not be too hard on others and ourselves. It is important to accept the fact. However, I din't think being angry is good. In Buddhism, to reduce suffering and to attain happiness, we need to reduce or eliminate three essential things: greed, anger, and hurting others. When one is angry, one can hurt self and others physically or verbally. I love what you said, there's no hierarchy in souls including parents and children, we and our pets, .... i feel guilty for having used authority sometimes as a parent but I need to let the past go. I learn new things everyday, focus on the present moment, enjoy life and be kind to others including animals and our only home Earth.
@@HalfJapMarine you see in Buddhism, the three elements that help people achieve happiness, a good life and inner peace is trying to avoid greed, anger, and hurting others. Greed and anger can lead to hurting oneself and others. First, you need to accept the fact, then you need to find the best and positive way to face the impermanence (Buddhism) or absurdity (Albert Camus). For example, if you find out you have cancer, first you need to accept this fact. Then you need to find a way to face this terrible news that you thought it would never happent to you (impermanence/absurdity of life), and to live the best way you can the present moment you are still breathing which people take for granted when they are healthy. Of course, this is easily said than done. Therefore, in this case meditation will help you find some inner peace even for only a few minutes at a time.
Personally, I believe anger can lead to hurting oneself and others either physically or verbally. Life is impermanent or absurde either good or bad, life does not make sense. So when adversary happens, first you need to accept this fact, then you need to find a way to face this adversary in the best way you can in a peaceful and positive way to face adversary. You can also resort to meditation including walking meditation in nature to find some inner peace, to enjoy the present moment even for a few minutes. Life is full of impermanence and absurdity, one cannot afford to be angry all one's life.
I’ve been listening to your videos on my long drives and appreciate you taking the time and utilizing your expertise to every video you make! Even if it’s something you are currently learning I can trust someone who understands research and knows how to learn about something without getting caught up in all the fake or altered information online that isn’t evidence based.
As a parent, you guide your children and don't control them but you have to remember how my parents were raised, and sometimes they were raised well or maybe not so I noticed there were some things I didn't like how I was raised so I changed how I raised my child. And I am glad I did because my child and I have a good relationship ❤
Really enjoyed your thoughtful take on modern morality and personal responsibility, Thank you Goobie. I struggle to find much that surpasses utilitarian philosophy as toward the most moral action.
Goobie & quiet Doobie! u are an Attractive Colorful Beam with a soothing voice dna great intentions for everyone. Anhks for sharing & discussing critical issues.
Your lessons of helping your body heal helped me to understand about microbiome. I found out some doctor in Japan saying skincare products aren't safe as they'll alter human's microbiome on skin, the gut and skin are connected. Now I am quitting all skincare including shampoo, body or facial washer, lotions and moisturisers, only white vaseline is safe cause it doesn't get absorbed. The industrial products really changed our lives in some bad ways, and the environment too.
@@Jade-ms2ys yeah, pure white petroleum, only to use it if skin really needs it(like it cracked or something), it's better not to apply anything at all. If you're interested, you can read books by Ryuichi Utsugi, he's a Japanese doctor, there are talk interviews of his on youtube too, however they are in Japanese. Anyway, you can dig into it if you like.
I like your focus on the solution - which is, despite the other person trying to overpower / dominate / control you, you can shift mentally to a space of seeing them as an equal.. hence allowing / enabling you to stand up for yourself much better. By 'you' I don't mean you specifically, but just generally as it applies to anyone including myself. Social and cultural norms unfortunately have set in minds of people to be insubordinate and submissive to authority / power.. and so it definitely takes a mindset shift.
Dr Goobie, I appreciate your depth of analysis, intelligence, experience and sensitivity very much. TH-cam for some reason deletes my comments very often for some unknown reason so this one is about as mild (or wild) as I will get for now. Take care ❤🙏
Thank you Jonathan ⚘. This made me think about lots of things in history and wars. Soldiers enlist or are conscripted and are trained to be killers and follow orders. Then there are conscientious objectors. Then there are deserters. There are soldiers who become traumatised. Then I thought of 911. If you can ...dont wait for others to tell you to get out of the building. Just try and get out if you can. No one can rescue you in a high building. Then I thought about Grenfell Tower in London. The 999 service said ...stay where you are...help is on its way! ? We have to try and save ourselves and others if possible. In life we have to make the right decisions to try to keep ourselves safe...mentally and physically. We have to see where the danger is. We have to recognise what makes us dissatisfied because of other people. We have to make good decisions to protect ourselves or move forward.
That green goo you recommended cured my brainfog-thank you. I tried feeding it to my overweight father, but he hated it. You can't change everyone, unfortunately.
more great insights...its fun to listen to you because it helps me validate a lot of things that happened and i can just label them again for better future processing. for example, when parent once said to me over 35 years ago "I love you, but i dont like you." That never left me. But this one morsel in this video has helped relabel this experience for in the future when i think about it again, it will be easier. Thank you.
Inequality among humans is a natural fact. The problem is the distorted perception created by the ego. The “more valuable” demand recognition of their superiority, showing injustice. The “less valuable” feel disadvantaged and often respond with resentment or hatred. Society strives for equalization, substituting justice with restrictions on the strong and unrealistic expectations of the weak. This does not lead to harmony. Justice lies in voluntary respect: the strong show kindness not under duress, and the weak respond with respect not out of fear. This is the only way balance is possible. Love your videos, translated from Russian with the help of AI.
Agreed, and I think the attempts to disrupt this aspect of natural order is just as harmful to civil cohesiveness. The concept of respect has become so warped that many of those who find themselves in a traditionally "respected role" now see receiving respect as being unconditionally adored. Those who do feel so entitled that they see it as justified in metaphorically bending someone's arm behind their back until they placate them. Those in a position where respect to another is warranted therefore see giving respect as acceptance of self-degradation. They not only avoid it even in cases where their superiors have a respectable character, but look down upon those who do respect their superiors. The damage is being done from both ends & I don't think it can be reconciled until people who understand social hierarchies are not about elevating or reducing one's worth have out-reproduced those who revile it. I think this will happen in a few generations' time, simply because of how self-destructive the contrary behavior devolves into-they are barely capable of supporting their children to become competent people as is.
Thank you Dr. Goobie for sharing your insights with us. 🙏 Based on your video, we should respect all beings including animal friends, plants, insects, etc and we all need to stay plant based vegan, no slaughtering for meat, no animal suffering anymore, then it's truly respecting all beings without discrimination and we can find world peace finally. 🙏
This is the story of domestic violence. The perpetrator makes the victim feel worthless, but lucky to have the perpetrator in their lives because they love them.
I am experiencing this via witnessing my son's uncle who raised him. It has been heartbreaking to watch my son look up to his uncle and finally have his soul crushed. My son's father died and I was having substance abuse issues. I couldn't convince anyone that this was a toxic environment because they said I wasn't grateful for this sacrifice. My son is 24 smart but still lives with this uncle and is very reclusive with severe low self esteem. You explained what I could not articulate
Dr. Goobie you have lived for well over a decade in a high stress situation. Where the human condition and outcome was in your hands. Through your period of healing, please understand that you are a valued with many positive attributes. Currently in process re-channeling your capabilities into other valuable outcomes.
The narcissists… dealing with one now and the extreme challenge of convincing others of what is true and what are lies. Exhausting. I have no idea why these narcissists keep messing with me
My response to you was deleted. Surprise. Protect your property -- your body, physical property, intellectual property, money, time, energy, attention, all of it. Deny access to narcissists. Get comfortable saying NO. Do not defend or argue. Also cut loose narcissist-ENABLERS, soft, squishy people obsessed with compromise. You can protect and defend yourself without being another narcissist.
We are being tested to show personal growth. Understood what you say. I realize till the day I die I do not expect the external to get better. Life is a blessing given the hope God gives us if we recognize Him and act according to his guidance. This living in the moment/conscious/mindfulness, cures the depression (past experience) and anxiety (future). When I change my reality I find I can live in this world just fine.
I'm paused at the almost halfway place because you've touched me deeper than I knew or thought of myself, and your perspective, I believe, is spot on! Thanks, I've got some work to do on myself, and many apologies to be given..
The blossoming of my faith came from the realisation that God loves me because God love me. There is nothing that I can do that will make God love me more, and nothing that I can do to make God love me less. On that rock, I realised that for much of my life I did not love myself. I know that I'm good enough, and spend my days doing the best to avoid thinking/actions that make be love myself less.
I’m not saying all atheists are miserable. I also think they may be right. But I do know the most miserable people I have met, the ones who do not love themselves, do not believe in a higher power that loves them.
Thank you, Doctor. I’m not a psychologist, but in my day-to-day work, I deal with a lot of facets of psychology, and what you discussed today really resonated with me. If I were to write a book, (and I’m pretty sure I won’t), I think you summarized the next chapter perfectly. We need more of this kind of enlightenment in our society. Two thumbs up for the Dr. Gabor Mate recommendation.
I lived with someone for a short time and moved out because I no longer felt safe living there. It was emotionally unsafe and was moving in the direction of potential property damage. Months later I found out she was telling herself and everyone else that she kicked me out. Now, unless her intent with her last messages before I moved out was to manipulate me into moving out, this is not true. She never suggested or hinted or insinuated she wanted me to move out. She just straight attacked me and my character in a string of unhinged paranoid texts. It was not the first time, but this time due to the circumstances, the texts made me feel very unsafe. After I realized I no longer felt safe, I worked on making arrangements, any arrangements, to move out. Someone else agreed to let me move in with them. I told her I had spoke with someone else and they had agreed to let me move in with them, and I was going to move out. *I* told *her* that I was leaving. And she basically just said “good idea.” You tell me, is that an eviction? She tells everyone that she evicted me. And no one knows what to believe and realistically it does not matter. But I have the texts that show the truth, however anyone chooses to interpret it. And she doesn’t care about THE truth. Just HER truth. I didn’t realize it but she started the next day with her own narrative. In hindsight she was acting like she had done something really mean to me. I am 100% certain that if I had chosen not to move out that night, she would not have evicted me. I am also about 50% certain she would have started damaging my property or threatening my physical wellbeing. The “I evicted you” narrative serves two purposes: what must I have done to deserve being evicted? Must have been pretty bad! Makes her the victim. She had to evict the *evil* roommate. Second, if I chose to move out because she was being so very cruel, that means she did something wrong. By denying the truth, she protects her ego. In hindsight, regardless of the many causes, how she behaves is evil. Not in violation of any law. That is how she moderates her behavior; no legal trouble. Evil can undeniably exist within the confines of the law. She is mentally ill and I did not realize just how abusive manipulative and selfish she was until after I moved in. I tried to work with her and take into account her many health issues. But after a while, it became clear that she was inherently selfish and lacked empathy, high in dark triad traits, and using every power she had to (often successfully) twist the narrative into her always being the victim, even when she was the abuser. Claiming to be a victim of her victims, justifying her own abusive behavior towards people who certainly did not deserve it. It’s been almost a year and I’m still relearning when it is ok to give people the benefit of the doubt, still fighting thoughts of revenge, and still hurting from what she did. Also, after, she tried to sell me the idea that she came unhinged at me because she felt safe around me and safe doing that, and tried to frame it as a good thing. That it was a *good* thing she could (in my opinion) abuse me. And when I refused to validate her feelings on this, it set her off even worse. She really thinks being a dick means she loves you.
Amazing video, Goobie! Thank you so much! It was so good to hear from you that all of our souls are equally important! I know it's obvious, but for me it's important because I was brainwashed by a non-christian religious sect. About anger, they said feel this is wrong, so that made me feel really bad. And about groups, smoke under the door, that was so interesting! because I have noticed that I lose my connection with myself in groups. I was thinking about this few days ago. Thank you so much Goobie (and Doobie too for sweet face) ❤️

I'm in the fourth minute and I've paused and reminded three times already.
I just put Dr. Goobie on a loop whenever I have an hour to myself.
I guess I ll watch it 9 more times to sink in
The part where you discuss how the abusive family system manifests across society is so poignant and important.
Thank you this was very insightful and I appreciate it greatly :)
You are truly the real doctor. どうもありがとうございます。貴方の活動に感謝しています。
Watching this two days after getting fired from my high paying tech job after two years of discrimination and retaliation. Got put on a PIP after coming out as trans. Feeling incredibly lost and disillusioned. Terrified for my future. Thank you for your wisdom Goobie.
I'm sorry that you were mistreated.
Hang in there friend. You have been through a rough time. You are way better than your ex employers.

Thank you SO much❤ We are so fortunate that you changed professions. You're AMAZING and so humble 💕 💝
Dr. Gabore Mate…….Holocaust survivor and National / International Treasure. Love this man!
Evil always comes in sheep's clothing, otherwise who would not cringe and flee.
So true! If we believe men, women, fauna, flora, mineral, and every being, and every thing is created equal, what a wonderful world it will become!
Not first but so happy to be spending time on Sunday with Dr Goobie.✌️❤️
Yes me too I was in the mood to see this video released, good talk ✌️
Th Nordics. As in the Vikings. The murderous Vikings. Sterling examples of Nordic evil. They took over a huge portion of Earth under various guises.
Well said 🙏
Speaking solely for myself, no matter the complicated relationship with our parents, the only thing that remains at the very end is love. We are on this earth for a short time, and our time together should be treasured as much as possible before it is too late. No regrets, no remorse. I wish you peace and love Goobie.
You have a very thoughtful heart ❤
Dr. Gabor Mate is an excellent speaker and writer. Thank you for your wonderful video.
I also suggest you to read Alan Watts books or his original lectures uploaded on TH-cam.
Everything you said is absolutely true.
Amazing! 🙏🥰
Thank you so much for sharing your journey. I feel fortunate to be along for the ride. Godspeed.
I hope you don’t have to find out
Myth of normal mention!! I tell everyone I can about this book. I LOVE Gabor Mate.
I love your way of thinking. Not many think like you that’s why the world is the way it is
"The most powerful lies are the lies we tell ourselves."

Beautiful work, thanks.
Anger is necessary to set boundaries. It is a vital emotion. All emotions are important. They are authentic.

I am here for his thought process.
Danke!
Look forward to your content
Same !
Love you Goobie, know you are a gift to us all out here. Thank you so much.❤
I always have to get my notepad out when Goobie uploads a new video
You are so smart and intuitive. I've learned so much from you.
Thank you for bringing up BIODIVERSITY LOSS first
As a parent, you guide your children and don't control them but you have to remember how my parents were raised, and sometimes they were raised well or maybe not so I noticed there were some things I didn't like how I was raised so I changed how I raised my child. And I am glad I did because my child and I have a good relationship ❤
Thanks!
You are truly an immense benefit to people who need some wisdom, Dr. Goobie. Thank you. But, don't forget yourself, please.
Really enjoyed your thoughtful take on modern morality and personal responsibility, Thank you Goobie. I struggle to find much that surpasses utilitarian philosophy as toward the most moral action.
Great video and reminder to be a leader, thank you for your thoughts.
The industrial products really changed our lives in some bad ways, and the environment too.
vasaline is petroleum isnt it ?
Love to hear from your Dr. Scooby.. only I put your play back at 1.25 speed 😊😊
Dr Goobie,
I appreciate your depth of analysis, intelligence, experience and sensitivity very much.
I’m so thankful for your shares! Brilliant, thank you.
He looks like a 20 yr old, yet talks like a 90 yr old in terms of wisdom and experience. 😂
Thanks for the video!👍35:22
That green goo you recommended cured my brainfog-thank you. I tried feeding it to my overweight father, but he hated it. You can't change everyone, unfortunately.
You're an extraordinary messenger; you have the experience and clarity to communicate with a vast and very diverse demographic. Thank you!
more great insights...its fun to listen to you because it helps me validate a lot of things that happened and i can just label them again for better future processing. for example, when parent once said to me over 35 years ago "I love you, but i dont like you." That never left me. But this one morsel in this video has helped relabel this experience for in the future when i think about it again, it will be easier. Thank you.
The worst lies we tell are the ones we tell ourselves!!
There’s a saying: forgive but don’t forget. For me trauma healing doesn’t mean to love the abusers but protecting myself & detaching from them.
You are an excellent communicator. Thanks for this video, gave me a lot to think on.
Based on your video, we should respect all beings including animal friends, plants, insects, etc and we all need to stay plant based vegan, no slaughtering for meat, no animal suffering anymore, then it's truly respecting all beings without discrimination and we can find world peace finally. 🙏
This is the story of domestic violence. The perpetrator makes the victim feel worthless, but lucky to have the perpetrator in their lives because they love them.
You explained so well. Thank you.
Nice so excited for this! Listening. Thank you!! Have a great week!!

Stuart Saves His Family!
Thank you for making me feel not alone with these thoughts.
Trifecta of fuzziness! Love this.
And she basically just said “good idea.”
You tell me, is that an eviction?
Everyone should hear this. Spot on information Dr. C.
thank you very much for this
Amazing video, Goobie!
