im pretty sure samsung went for design instead of practicality with the fingerprint reader, by putting it in line with the camera and flash it wouldnt look out of place as opposed to putting it lower where it is more accessible

The BlackMan imagine a case that would allow you to comfortably use the fingerprint scanner. It's difficult. Likewise getting a screen protector onto curved glass. It's not good enough for a brand that's been hit with such bad PR last year

Spike Spiegel unless you have a lens cloth with you at all times, it's not that good to be rubbing your camera lens on your clothes or any other "rough" cloth. Yeah no big deal doing this once in a while, but doing it every single time could probably take a toll on the len.

What? How is iOS better optimised than Android nowadays? If you kept track of recent updates and compare them it's pretty obvious that iOS is behind Android these days. Sure this wasn't always the case, I also think Android looks better than iOS now, everything looks very old and almost nothing changed since I bought my first Android more than a year ago.

Outstanding camera quality and charging timing .. i took about 2200 UHD pictures and videos with perfect battery timing in a day long. Great experience thanks Samsung.

I think samsung initially wanted to get rid of fingerprint reader on S8 because it's already have iris and face scanner! But samsung still embedded the fingerprint technology for the last time! There will be no fingerprint reader on S9!
