The way Clarence sits down into the bottom of the squat, makes me cringe about standing back up. My knee's simply couldn't handle it anymore. They sound like popcorn popping when I just kneel down to pick something up. But Clarence has definitely got some amazing form/technique. Way to go!

@asinisterKiid yea i squat this way and i can honestly say that some injurys will deffo come from this, in the lower body atleast. but what would you want to give out, your back or your knee? honestly my knees are fine tho, but ive gotten severe hamstring tendonotis and i have to use a wrap under my knee like clarence do to dull the pain.

Easy lbs to kg conversion, take weight in lbs, divide by 2 and subtract 5% of the weight in lbs. So 500 lbs = ((500/2)-(25)) = 225 kg. Easier if you know the trick to quickly finding 5% of a number (move decimal point over to the left 1 of the original number and divide by 2).
You can subtract 10% after you divided by 2.

I don't drink the kool aid and say there's anything special about the lifts he chooses, but you can't deny he's fucking strong at them.
@mrjay6889 lol man, clarence would lift more on unconventional lifts than eric obviously, just because eric likes to do unconventional shit for putting up crazy numbers doesnt mean he is insainly strong, however i will say, eric is very strong but you can do the math yourself. if clarence can pull 340kg from the floor in oly shoes without a belt, do you honestly think he would have a problem with doing above the knee rack pulls with 500kg? my best deadlift is 190kg, yet i have done 320kg behind the back rack pull from mid knee beltless. first time trying it, eric is simply not as strong as people belive. unconventional lifts isnt that hard putting up high numbers on imo, no disrespect to the guy but clarence would still tear him apart even at erics choise of lifts. its that simple.
rubenaunet clarence can't behind the back deadlift 880 or trap bar 910. Eric would smoke him on pulls, Clarence can squat and bench more though.

I've taken L-theanine on and off. If I'm going through a lot of stress, or really worked up over something, it's awesome. If not, there's no real noticeable difference. You don't have to just take it for sleep btw.
The best use I've seen for it is with people who get really jittery with caffeine. Take some L-theanine with it, and it should even out a bit, while still getting the benefits of caffeine.
