- Hey guys, I'm back with another video and yes, as you can see I had a heart attack and I am just so happy to be here to tell you what happened. Thank you all so very much for all of your prayers and well wishes, I appreciate them more than you know. Hopefully my story will help someone and remind them not to ignore small signs when they aren't feeling well. Thank God you are here Anita, we had a scare also right before Christmas with my daughter who has been battling cancer for about 8 years, she went into hospital for pain in her stomach and they found a mass near her bladder, she was sent home in hospice to die, we had people all over praying, hospice told us she had maybe a few hours left😩I had a house full of people praying over her, We were devastated, well she lasted thru the night, got out of bed and she told me she was starving, I nearly fell on the floor. Well needless to say she is back home with her family she is back on chemo, her Dr is amazing and is in a different town so he didn’t get to see her in the hospital. God is Amazing!! Be strong girl, I’ll be praying for you too🙏🏼❤️
Praise God! My daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer at 27. She celebrates today actually as the day she became cancer free (the day she had a double mastectomy). I'm so glad your daughter is okay.

Anita! I'm a cardiac stress test nurse.... I was freaking out when they were telling you you might need a stress test!! NO WAY would I stress anyone with elevated troponins. Eeekk. Thank you Jesus for discernment for your health care team and that they made the best decisions for your health. One thing I've learned, heart disease does not discriminate against age, race, sex, fitness levels.... You made a key statement to: listen to your body!! So glad you are back on the road to recovery and living your best life!!!! Hope you're going to Cardiac Rehab, at least for awhile. You'll get some great knowledge and peace of mind.

My prayers to you. I’m a cardiac ICU nurse at a major hospital. I see these procedures all the time , but I’m still shocked that it happened to someone as young, vibrant, and beautiful as you. Stay strong and continue to take care of yourself. Genetics suck sometimes. I’m so sorry that this has happened to you. God is still awesome and he brought you through this for a reason.

Hi, Anita. I’m so glad and thankful you are okay. I thank God for your husband. My husband passed at 42 years from a massive heart attack. He had signs, as I remember. He didn’t go to the doctor. You guys stay close and love on one another. Blessings to you and your family.
So glad you’re ok! My friend, also in her 40’s, thought she had the flu and wasn’t feeling quite right. She went to the doctor and found out she had a hear attack. It was shocking. Thanks for sharing your story. Prayers for continued healing.
Thank you Jesus! I love you Anita and Lonnie! I had heart failure at 39yrs. I had to receive a transplant. I'm 46 now, and I thank God for keeping me. This video was so emotional for me. Tears of Joy! He's a healer!

Anita, oh my God! I am so glad that you are ok. When I saw the title of your vlog I called my husband in to watch your story with me. I went through something very similar with him 4 yrs ago. He was walking around sweating, weak and out of breath for a half a day or so before he went to the doctor. They did an EKG on him in office and immediately transferred him to the heart hospital bc he had had a mild heart attack. Once there they placed a stint in one of his arteries and he too has been on meds every since. The doctor was a little surprised that he was still alive and walking around, but I know it was the Lord who watched over him. And I am so thankful He watched over you too.
While we were watching your video my husband asked me why I was crying. I told him that I felt like I knew you personally bc I watch you every week to see what y'all did over the weekends. I just feel like you are a close friend and I care about your well being. I even told my husband that you all were going to Waco and I would love to meet you since you would be about an hour and a half away from me . I know how celebrities must feel with people always flocking to them so I won't crash your vacay. Lol.
No but seriously, take care of yourself. Take all the time you need to feel better. We will still keep you in our prayers for a full and speedy recovery. We love you and your fam...and mama.

Omg, so sorry, but so glad your better now..prayers for you ❤ I just lost my sister from a brief battle with cancer & now I have 2 brothers in hospital for clogged arteries & another one that needs heart valve replacement, my family is falling apart..now my cancer is back after 10 yrs.,hopefully it's in a area they can remove it all..yes it is genetics..keep on rollin girl,love your videos!!
Anita!! Lord I am in tears. Girl you know God is watching Over you & Hubby & Family. I am Soooo Happy you are on getting better & you know now what was going on with your Body. I am Praying for you My Friend & your Family for strength. I know Exactly How you Feel I really do because I had a Health Scare In May Memorial Day 2018. Got Home from Vacation My Back was Hurting Terrible but, It had been hurting terrible for weeks. well Memorial Day Morning went to the Bathroom And the Toilet Bowl was Full of Blood.
I started shaking, Called My Sister & her Husband rushed me to Hospital & there the Doctor told me I had a Large Mass on my Right Kidney Then more test reveled it was Malignant & it my whole Kidney had to be Removed.
So I mean I know The thoughts you were having I have 2 Grown sons they are my Babies still. I can't die yet. I have so much more to do in this Life. I look at life extremely differently now. I turned
60 on Halloween last year I am so grateful for being here & I Look Good😉😄 Praise God. But, Anita you are going to be just fine The Support of Family means so much more than Anything.

Omg, Anita! I haven't even watched the video, just the title has me tearing up. I'm so thankful you're ok. Now, I'm watching and you said watch the video first, okay....😁😁 eating the tootsie rolls. I'm glad Lonnie came for you, so thankful. I was told to go to urgent care a couple of weeks ago due to numbness in my arm, pain in the shoulder and neck, tingling. I'm already on blood pressure meds, and they think I have a pinched nerve. I will definitely be aware after hearing your story. Thank you so much for sharing this 😭😭😭😭😭 Heart disease runs in my family on both sides, my mom has a defribulator(sp) in her heart because her heart only beats at about 28% due to her having pneumonia a couple years ago. You have definitely made me get in line.

Hell, I feel like I know ya'll personally as this hurts my feelings so bad that you experienced this, but it also touches my heart. Thank you for sharing your story. It just proves that women don't experience "heart attacks" in the same way men do. You have a wonderful husband and family who love you, and I know you will make a full recovery.

I am so sorry this happened to you and so glad you made it through! Many prayers for a full recovery for you and peace to your lovely family! My 53 year old sister died 2 months ago from a sudden heart attack leaving us all perplexed and devastated. We always think it happens to other people until it’s us or someone we love and woah, it sure is a game changer when it comes to life’s values.... it’s all about love and family. Girl, you have me in tears. I’m so happy you went to the er that night. I actually work in a cath lab so I see it everyday. So I know what a 90% blockage looks like and the seriousness of it. Take care and God bless.

Awww Anita, I'm so glad God has kept you....I needed to hear that testimony, even though I pray I'm not exempt for pain. You are talking my Testimony. I have to have a Carotid Test. Just like arteries in the heart and elsewhere in the body, the carotid arteries can become clogged with fatty deposits. Narrowing of a carotid artery (also called carotid artery stenosis) can increase the risk of stroke - the narrower the artery, the higher the risk.
My left arm and legs had been keeping me up at night because of the pain and swelling. I got check and they said everything was fine but I told them they need to dig a little deeper into this because I'm in pain, so that's why I'm having this procedure done on the 6th of February. The headaches or of the chain, but I know God got me even in the midst. So So glad he has kept you......Please take care of yourself. Tears of Joy!!!!! You have motivated me the more to stay on top of things. Yes there is a such things as praying and believing and trusting God, but also having common sense to take care of myself so yes again I'm glad your still here. I will continue to pray for you as well as many others that may be going through in Jesus mighty name.

Omg thank god your okay. Girl you take care of yourself. I had my first heartatattak at the age of 44 I will be 51 in March. My father has passed of heart disease at the age of 53,it is scary when you don't know what is going on but you just know something isn't right.The signs for me was heaviness in my chest and severe back pain in between my shoulder blades. I love your channel and watching your videos but you take time out for you and get too feeling better.

I just came across your channel and subscribed. Thank you for sharing, and I am happy you are doing well. I had a heart attack 10 months ago and they were shocked they found blockage. I am in my 50's. Thank goodness for my husband who said we are going to the ER. I almost did not go. Thank you for making people aware. I had heard if a man goes into the ER they take their symptoms more seriously then women. Thank you again of sharing.
I woke up and watch this around
3 am in the morning, I had tears in my eyes and felt very emotional watching you and Lonnie sharing your story. I thank God for saving your life and live to tell your story, I know that you and Lonnie are helping so many including myself to not ignore signs and symptoms for a heart attack or any condition for that matter.

Hello Anita... So very thankful to God he kept his loving arms around you and despite what was didn't turn out to what could've been. I teared up when you spoke about the possibility of being taken away from your family. I am a single Mom with a young son and that's my biggest fear. I will continue to keep you in prayer and also your family in prayer as well. Also I just want to tell you how incredibly blessed you are to have such a devoted loving husband by your side. I could definitely hear the fear and see it in his eyes at the thought of him possibly losing you. He is living his best life now! We changed his diet and the weight loss came. He was never a big guy, went for 190 to 170. Now we make sure we travel more and live life to the fullest.

Unfortunately, heart attacks are the #1 killer of women and I think it’s because we don’t always know the signs and that they are present weeks before the actual attack. I'm just in shock !!! I'm so happy that you are here today and sharing this Story. I love you and your family and I am praying that you live a full life. I will make an appointment with my doctor because I do wake up with numbness in my hands and headaches. I thought maybe that I was just sleeping wrong and needed to change my pillows. I'm guilty of always taking care of my family and not myself.🤔i had a stress test four days before Christmas, everything was fine but as you stated we know our own body. Doctors can miss things too. Anita, Praise be to God for healing your body!! Thank you so much for sharing with us your story on signs of a heart attack. I am so happy it was caught in time. I remember several years ago I had a headache every day for a week and at the time I was seeing a radiologist. She told me it’s not normal to have a week long headache and recommended I see my PCP. It turns out I had walking pneumonia. We never know and I agree if something doesn’t feel right seek medical help. I have that same pill box you described. I use it for my diabetes and nutrition pills... it was my mom’s before she pass away. Love how Lonnie is caring for you. Totally understand about not rolling for awhile. Anita your are beyond blessed.God said he wasn’t ready for you. My 56 year old husband died of a heart attack. I have done a lot of research since he passed away. Most heart attacks happen in the morning and most people don’t serve. Thank you for sharing your story. #BLESSED

I have a heart murmur since birth, thought I was having a heart attack twice in the last three years and went through a series of test but no heart attack. Enough about me lol.

It's crazy how the symptoms are not always what you think they will be. Honestly I thought in the last couple of videos you looked very tired and I figured it was from vlogmas and the cruise, and just being busy. We love you girl! We all were very worried. I always remember my Mom saying the same thing. Not afraid of dying but leaving our family. Yes, live life to the fullest. Tomorrow is never guaranteed.

Ms. Anita, I'm so happy tgat you are okay. I am a person that is obese and must admit rgat I don't eat healthy or exercise. Every little pain I feel, I'm rushing to the emergency room and thankfully my heart is okay. The doctor always says, after running tests that my heart looks great. Vut you have inspired me to be better. Life is short and you never know what can happen. Peace and blessing dear heart.
This just happened to me March 17th. I had a coronary spasm…. 1 stent later. I’ve lost 60 pounds prior to from postpartum, no high blood pressure, no diabetes and no high cholesterol and this all still happened to me. I’m grateful I’m 7 1/2 weeks post and thankful for early intervention! So glad I ran into your channel because I have been so scared. But I did learn I had a NSTEMI heart attack, not a classic heart attack. Troponin levels were 7:31 high too. Heart rate was 155 and I have a thrombosis. All I can say is God is good! We are here and recovering!
Hi April, I’m so glad to hear that you are doing well and recovering. Going through something like this is very scary and traumatic. I suffered from severe anxiety after my heart attack for a couple of years but thankfully that has subsided some. I filmed this video 5 years ago and I’m happy to say that I haven’t had any issues since and my husband and I have been living our lives to the fullest since. God is so good and I don’t take any day on this green earth for granted. Be well, stay blessed and TFW! Oh and congratulations on you new bundle of joy.😊💕

Anita - I was washing dishes while watching TH-cam. However, as soon as I saw the title of your video I stopped. Just couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing. Heart disease and other illnesses are also in my family on both sides. You are doing the right thing ... Concentrate on getting better, follow your doctor's instructions and take your meds. Like you, I'm determined to live the healthiest life that I can. It's wonderful that you have such a loving and caring husband by your side. You and Lonnie - pray and try not to worry. He follows his doctor's instructions, takes his meds, follows a good diet, and exercises. If you saw him, you'd never know that he had a heart attack. Heart disease runs in my family on my mother side I don’t know about my dad side...both of my parents died of a heart attack...I truly understand when u say listen to ur body when out of the norm things happen...I had MRSA Pneumonia in 2008...I was on my death bed!! Literally!! Coma for 4 days...in critical care for a month...I don’t smoke and I was 33 then...pretty healthy and my body was able to fight through it...it took some time but I survived!! So now I pay EXTRA attention to my body 😂my doctor prescribes me albuterol and Qvar inhalers...I use them when needed...like...if I get a cold or something...
