the issue with the term equally yoked is that when the original context that have been used, is referring to being equally yoked spiritually. We just tried to use it in the natural sense to justify different things. But the thing is if you are truly equally yoked then you are being led by God. We will know that things like money and materialistic things are all provided by God. If you have Him as the head, then it's easy for the man to lead because the man is leading you towards God. Ordering his steps and then if you are truly being led by God then all the things that these arguments are displaying would go away because a lot of it is ego in various forms and if you're truly being led by Him, the ego should fall to the wayside.
