I did make a similar salad many times before minus the watermelon. I love watermelon and berries as a desert all by itself, and looking at your recipe you are a great cook. The salmon the way you described it I have made the same by adding garlic to it, and it tastes wonderful. Definitely I agree that the natural way of eating all of these ingredients helps the body a lot more than supplements. Brava?

WOW you consolidated months/years of research into one video. You also introduced me to some new knowledge.
There are vitamins in my drawer, every day, but why? You mentioned them... eg L-citrulline. Now I remember why got them in the beginning.
You are also goosing me to get back to my Aldi spinach-arugula mix.
I'd been "down" for a bit; then started researching, and ultimately taking the things in my vitamin drawer, AND THEY WORK. NO blue pills.
My Fiancée and I only get together for a couple weeks a year; she's got a hunger and this regimen keeps me able to feed her every day. (We're sorting out our spousal visa stuff.)
Awesome voice! Lovely pace. Great knowledge share.

It's not clear how effective substituting black beans for fish would be. Fish is included for their very high omega-3 fatty acid. Beans of all kinds contain relatively little omega-3 fatty acid, and only the much less usable vegetable form, alpha linolenic acid, which is converting into DHA and EPA very inefficiently.

I’ve always eaten like this. I’ve never put a salad like that together but I’ve always noticed how all these ingredients enhanced my male parts. So much to the point where when I eat like this my wife has notices how large it gets. I’m larger anyways but eating healthy and exercising really increases my confidence and her satisfaction. If I haven’t eaten as well during the day, I will take a multivitamin along with 3-4 L Citrulline supplement before bed and whether we make love before bed or wake up with some lovin’ it’s always better. Proper hydration is also key. I try to get half my bodyweight in ounces throughout the day and cut back on alcohol.

Spinach is very high in oxalates so be careful if concerned about kidney stones.
