I cut out the Energy drinks about 6 months ago. I haven't eaten microwave popcorn for probably a year. Those were the only ones on your list that I did on the regular. I occasionally do TicTac breath mints, but not very often. For the last 6 months, I've gotten more veggies in my regular diet and cut out the store bought cookies. I've dropped some serious pounds and inches in a 18 month period. But that info on the testosterone killers is great information.I'm going to be reading the labels for soy from now on. You've got a new suscriber.

I quit eating carbs, cut my drinking to special occasions, I eat mostly red meat, salmon, some chicken and pork, I few green veggies but not often. And I absolutely cut the seed oils. I don’t eat at restaurants because restaurants cook everything in seed oils. I render my own beef tallow from trimming then cooking brisket, I have jars of beef tallow. I also get mist of my calories from saturated fat, tallow,, lard, butter. My testosterone went from 150 to over 650.

A good summary - thank you. Alcohol is the worse, especially beer made from hops (highly estrogenic).
Canola oil is used in most restaurants because it is so cheap - time to start making meals at home.
Another bad one is saw palmetto - an ingredient is many male supplements, but saw palmetto is another phyto-estrogen and is dirt cheap and hence the reason it is a filler ingredient in many male supplements.
I started taking orchic about 5 years ago and at age 70, I get great morning "wood" - also at noon, evening etc......

Make a commitment to better health -better sex life. Cut the wine 0r alcholol by at least 50-60% of your norm or limit to 1 drink a night. 2 on the weekends. Cut the SUGAR OUT IMMEDIATELY! My number one rule is to always use things in moderation. Moderate use of nearly anything will have little to no negative effects, but i totally agree that excessive amounts of these things as well as other things can be negative. Idk how anyone could stomach large enough amounts of any of these things though and actually reduce testosterone enough to have a notable difference. As for me ive never had testosterone problems so i will continue to use all things in moderation. And yes vegans that i know are usually emotional and lack the energy and drive to put in a hard days work, so that probably does carry to the rest of life too

@@Primitivemycology in spite of the fact we have been duped into consuming seed oils for 80 or so years, they are not human food. They are poison. It takes a while to get the negative effects of these poisons, but we are all being poisoned. And the crazy thing is they are not necessary. There are nutritious proper human food fats available (tallow, lard) for less $ that take significantly less effort to attain than manufactured seed oils. So saying seed oils in moderation are ok is like saying drinking water polluted with heavy metals is ok when clean water is available as long as you do it in moderation. Both quench your thirst.
Your point about stomaching large enough quantities of these poisons is misplaced. If isn’t the quantity its the duration, and in the case of carbs, it the little bits all day everyday where insulin levels never go down.
