A lot of folks don’t realize what horseradish is or confuse it with radishes or tried it one time straight and it was so hot so they think they don’t like it. There is also horseradish sauce often served with roast beef sandwiches. More kick than mayo. Horseradish is good with beef!
I was planning on making this today and when I checked my phone I saw your recipe! Perfect timing!! Thanks so much! I love all your recipes and love my instant pot as well! Do you have a recipe book? I would love to have all your recipes.. I’m kinda old fashion and I have yours written down as I find them! Great recipes!!❤️❤️
Looks delicious. I have made beef stew in my pressure cooker before but my carrots and potatoes came out mushy. After watching what you do, I think I had cut my veggies in pieces too small. I'll try this for sure. Thanks!
Isn’t this the episode where you were going to introduce smell-o-vision? This looks terrific! I have a few pounds of frozen stew beef from Costco to use up, off to buy horseradish. 👍. Thanks for the recipe!
I make a similar stew in the IP, I absolutely love horseradish and didn't think to add that awesome flavor. Thanks for that tip! That looks like a mighty big IP! Must be the 8 quart? I love your videos!
Potatoes grown in cold weather can come out dense. Beware. They won’t soften up much even under pressure and after refrigeration they dense back up again. Especially with big heavy russets.

Always enjoying your videos! Looks yummy 😋

Oh I love hearing you have written down my recipes. I don't have a cookbook at this moment--but it is on my radar
This makes me so hungry! Thanks Kristen ❤
I hope you give it a try!
The horseradish is something new to me. I will try it. ❤
I hope you love it! It adds incredible flavor.
Yay! A reason to buy a bottle of wine! I made your Poppa's pot roast on Thursday - delish!
Love hearing you enjoyed my Papa's roast! You will love this one too!

Larger veggies is key for them not to overcook. I hope you enjoy the stew!

Thank you! I did use my 8-quart for this video, but it works perfectly in the 6-quart as well (I always test in both models for discrepancies!)
Lol what a coincidence! That's exactly what I am making as well as of right now!!
Enjoy every bite!
I like peeling the carrots as a more certain way of cleaning them.
You certainly can peel them :) I use a vegetable scrub brush myself.
👍🏻👍🏻

I personally haven't had that issue, but thank you for sharing.
My son doesn’t know I use Horseradish 😂😂 what can I not say 😂
LOL!!!! It can be our secret!
