      Oh that was me trying to not squeal in excitement because it's the first time I ever tried catching it on the shaft and NAILED IT. This is what happens when I let other people edit my videos :)

    Love it!!!! We're learning the Wheel now too!!! Where the puck rolls on the blade like a rolling wheel... ...i have had the puck land on the shaft a few tomes.... so fun...of course my favorite is zorro!!!... i also like to do Double michigan( 2 pucks on the blade.. same time.. same side)...

    There's also the knuckle puck scoop too. That one is a good beginner or eady scoop for players learning to scoop

    A tip how to flip the puck to the blade at the very beginning of the Scoop methods:
    Not only press down VERTICALLY the puck with the toe/heel of the blade, but push the shaft HORIZONTALLY to flip the puck to the blade. (ie create torque, where the lever arm length is the puck height)

    Hey is there any way you can do a raffle for some hockey shot products cause I can't afford anything but want a chance to win something... I really love hockey and want to get better but can't... My family's in a slump right now and I don't have a job so there's no real better ways for me to get anything to improve my skills... Please get back to me ASAP

      Hockey shot is overpriced try looking at other brands of stuff that might be a Lil bit cheaper

    • @kimmers1645j
      @kimmers1645j 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Bobby Venth During the summer HockeyShot usually has a contest that allows you to win prize packages. I realize it might be harder for you since you might not have a shooting pad to take shots/sauce with. If you go to your local Rona, Home Depot, etc. and ask for any left over pieces of plexy-glass, they might have some smaller ones (better than nothing). I got one about 12"x 18" for less than $5 at Rona a couple of years ago. You can add some dusting spray to make it slippier. Hope this helped!

      @wandmayeslupik6302 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The guy who trained me does a move called the Donkey Punch!!!! He gets the puck on the shaft.. then slides the stick UP toward the ceiling so the puck slides down towards his gloves. Then he pops the puck straight up the shaft again with his glove!!!! Hahahaha!!!!!
      Ask me what the BackdoorDash is....... i named the move.. he invented it.... hahaha!!!!

    I can pick the puck up on my forehand standing still but moving I can’t, even when I’m standing still I can’t seem to do it on the backhand

    • @wandmayeslupik6302
      @wandmayeslupik6302 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Keep practicing...you WILL get it!!!! I'm 48...a woman... and.. .new to hockey(one year and some months)...and i can do a bunch of shit already... wheel...zorro basic.. michigan...(backhand and forehand). Double forehand michigan............bounce puck up off blade 9 times in a row....toedrag...high saucer pass......but i have 4 days off a week to screw around on the ice.. for like 3 hours each session.....it pays to be a nurse...three 12 hr shifts a week is fulltime!!!! Hahaha!!!!

    • @wandmayeslupik6302
      @wandmayeslupik6302 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You CAN do the Michigan and pick up the puck while moving... it took me a year... it will come gradually.. .just play with the stick and pucks... be free...experiment....soin moves will happen almost automatically.....i use a shitload of SexWax and fresh tapejob before every session too!!! The guy who trained me rewaxes his blade every 15 minutes....no lie.
