- The "A Documentary Film on Disciplinary Proceedings" was created during the year 2016 by the Regional Training Centre, Lucknow under the Defence Accounts Department and is based on CCS (CCA) Rules 1965.
The film has received Raksha Mantri Award in the year 2016 for being useful in conducting departmental inquiries.
It includes an audio narration of CCS (CCA) Rules 1965 and subsequent dramatization of an inquiry which will provide a road map for conducting departmental inquiries. By question answer session, ambiguities and doubts are cleared and process of inquiry becomes convenient for the persons dealing with it.

Sir, Superb initiative by your office to picturise the entire disciplinary proceedings and present in a way that any layman can understand which other will be difficult to imagine and remember the sequence of proceedings by reading the books. Hats Off for this innovative way of teaching in this area. Kudos to entire team involved.
The documentary is quite educative and a sincere effort to acquaint the concerned stakeholders in successful completion of the disciplinary proceedings.

Can the Departmental Inquiry Officer on the basis of probabilities consider his review report proved?
IO is independent of adducing his findings in the Inquiry report, it is subject to disciplinary authority who may or may not consider his findings.
