Mam I am also studying as a dietitian. Mam I would recommend not to take honey with warm water. Actually what happens is that honey mixed with hot water turns out to be poisonous in long run as honey loses its compositions. And early morning lemon will cause ulcers. U r seeing for few months or years. But for long run its not good mam . Honey with warm water is not recommended at all mam. It was my suggestion. In ayurvedic studies also its described mam. This I came to know when I attended a seminar by a very renowned ayurvedic doctor in chennai.
