I'm always looking for easy patterns to use up my scraps. This one is great. I think I would make this one 4 times & sew together for a larger quilt.

FSQ is my favorite TH-cam Channel. I have learned so much over the years. I appreciate the free patterns. I've watched and re-watched the Shortcut tutorials. I've placed so many orders with the FQS that the post master recognizes me when I go to pay the duty on my parcels!. I wish there was a way you could include the cost of duty and have it in Canadian funds at time of checkout. But either way it doesn't stop me from placing so many orders! I love your quilt kits and triangle foundation paper. I've become a better quilter thanks to you. Please continue making videos, Kimberly, you and your crew are a God send! Happy Thanksgiving and many thanks to you!

Thankyou for sharing this video and pattern. I love to use up my scraps, and will use all ideas to do so. I like a mix of easy to make, and more advanced. I like “easy” projects like this. After making a quilt that requires so much focus to detail, it’s nice to make something that doesn’t take so much brain energy. Quilt a top like this with some of the Cuddle fabric as the backing for a fun snuggly quilt. Thanks for sharing projects like this.

Thanks Kimberly. I don’t have that many scraps -- yet -- , but it’s coming I’m sure! I need to do more sew alongs where I have left over scraps. This is a great way to do a quilt. I can see doing this using random precuts that you can’t decide what to make with them. Just cut them all up. Nothing has to match and you just use whatever colors you have. I have some charm packs and the layer cakes that I have no idea what I was thinking when I bought them. I probably got them because they were on sale, and now they can become THAT quilt! Thanks for the great idea.
