    You are so organized. I just take my odd bits and throw them in a tote. Then when i need some small piece for a project i just go dig...😊 It is actually part of my creative process. Kind of like dumpster diving.😂😂😂

      You could have clear bins for each colour or two colors per box and ones for pattern fabric. Save more time for sewing.

    Best part of this video is watching you fix mistakes... too many videos show perfection. This helps me know what to do when I do it wrong ( something that always happens when I sew) Thanks for acknowledging and showing how to repair a problem seam.

    You know Kimberly, you could use the arrows and strip around each one for a block then applique a door in the middle for cute little house squares and make a neighborhood quilt . Just another idea for your beautiful blocks. I love them and thank you for showing me how to do this.❤❤❤😊

    Thank you so much for this video! I love the scrappy look in quilts. It has to be my favorite.     I love this idea! I’ve always heard so much about crumb quilting but didn’t know how I would incorporate it into a quilt so I never used my scraps that way. I’m definitely going to give this a try.

    I have just found this video. I make my crumb blocks by sewing friends' scraps together - totally random, all shapes and sizes - then trimming them to size. I wanted to try HSTs next but didn't know about the paper rolls, which should be ideal. I can't wait to try this. Thanks so much for sharing.

    Such great techniques shown here! I also started to use clappers after watching Lori and a few other TH-camrs using clappers to make flatter blocks!
    I noticed you had great squares with all points meeting. I sometimes have problems with points meeting with 4 patch 9 patch etc. especially for tinier 2.5 inch and smaller ones. Yours are looking great! Perhaps can you please do a tutorial on some techniques on how to make neater blocks with small squares? Yes I pin 📍 mine too but sometimes it doesn’t line up. 😅 I did discover a few cheater techniques for flying geese but sewing flying geese is the most challenging for me. Somehow they come out wonkier. Haha. I do four at a time flying geese and I’m currently working on some traditional sampler quilt. It would be great if you can do a tutorial on how to make neater blocks in future!
