This series is inspired by Wadzee and Luke TheNoteable and Sandiction and Carvs and Wunba and Beppo and Skyes and Kolanii and whomever else I can't think of right now Hardcore Minecraft Series, as well as Mumbo Jumbo and Grian on the Hermitcraft server. Except instead of Minecraft Hardcore, this is Minecraft Advancements. However, this is not Minecraft Advancements Speedrun, but Minecraft 1.20 Advancements with over a thousand advancements!

@@guusdeknijf4526 Well actually, I plan on also adding Nullscape and Amplified Nether (although they don't really count for any title), so I like to call it NANTHAL, or ANNTHAL, but in reality it's just HTAL (officially called like that by one of the mods from the BACAP servers)

I’m not sure how a 5 minute intro video to a modpack I’ve never heard of is more entertaining than like 85% of all Minecraft content on this platform. The rest of the series is bout to be a blast (I may have watched the perfect run already but that’s not my fault I went outta order).

BACAP is really amazing, some advancements like getting a stacks of certain items (like every copper thing, piglin heads, hearts of the sea and others) are annoying but i love the datapack, i discovered recently because a friend added it to our friends server and there are a lot of advancements vanilla should have. And your editing is INSANE, i love the pixel art, great video

This reminds me of some stupidly hard advancements I made before.
There's even a modded one for going below y -400 and then above y 10000 without dying.

There’s actually a hardcore add-on that changes a few of the advancements to make them possible in hardcore

the perfect run is an actual minecraft achievement that mojang made
The animation, pacing, music choice, and sound design were all really great! I think you could have chosen a better title and thumbnail, though, if you wanted that work to pay off in the form of more views. The title was a small step in the right direction, giving it a small-but-not-too-large element of clickbait, but you definitely could have done a lot more with the thumbnail to better represent the title and the video itself. Think maybe a huge pile of achievement icons, and your character looking at it- it would definitely grab your attention a lot more than just one decently-hard looking advancement.
Thank you for the feedback! I’m actually keeping it simple because the CTR is way higher on this video than usual. Otherwise, I would change it to something else. I’ve been experimenting with thumbnails and titles on other videos until the CTR gets to something I’m fine with.
can you make a modpack instead of listing the mods on the google sheet? The reason why I ask is I get many errors with the mods your using and on the right version and if other players are having the same issue could you make it a modpack in desc?

It’s a datapack so all you’d have to do is put it in your world folder. I’m not sure how you do that in TLauncher, but it should be possible. You do get rewards for completing some achievements, but you can turn them off if you don’t want them

We have 3.6 billion square kilometers of space to screw around with SO MUCH possible ways of modifying the landscape & the game itself that even trying to comprehend THE NUMBER OF POSSIBILITIES is fucking hard.
I personally DARE you utilizing even ONE percent of available space in Minecraft, you will get to your sixties before you reach that very percent.
You can have the whole universe within the game and it won't change the fact that we're left with the same few devices that Mojang has given us. In the end, Minecraft is an objectively simple game that can be made more interesting in various ways. To each their own.
also as a sandbox, Minecraft can easily become an RPG
I mean yeah, its all that, but slapping extremely excessive statistics & gagillion items is going to make it rather annoying than... Difficult.
Mods like IC2 and its ancient friends can give you tons of stuff, but said stuff is both super useful and, if really needed - can be completely avoided, means it does not interrupt Vanilla gameplay experience.
I get that, but these are simply advancements. They add no new items besides trophies (vanilla items) and can also easily be avoided... by not doing them. Advancements/achievements in games are inherently optional. They give the player something to do once they beat the game or have exhausted their creative abilities, and that tends to happen when one plays the (mostly, at the rate Mojang releases updates) same sandbox game for over a decade.
On top of that, BAC is the third most-downloaded datapack on PMC for a reason. It's not simply "excessive statistics." Some of the advancements are actually intriguing and require lots of planning to complete. Sure, it gives statistics advancements that, I will agree, are annoying, but they're not mandatory to complete by any means. I've never seen any MCYT do challenges as creative as some of these advancements, so I decided to do them myself and people seem to enjoy it for the most part. The gameplay itself is still vanilla.
Or you can just install a modpack
