Ask them are they selling any time soon? Is it a flood zone, get stuff in writing, and after your questions are satisfied then I would say go for it.

juan portillo cruz it would need a transport truck to move and to bring that to canada would be in the thousands ..best to check Kijji and craigslits in your area.I've seen a couple on Kijji in Canada needing repair as well being given away due to the cost of repairs

They use osb plywood , which is just chipped wood glued together so any dampness under the trailer would cause the floors to rot!

Something wrong with this trailer the damages are cover up make it. Look nice. I bet there rotted floor cover up and plumbing screwed.
